Stunning dress! I bought this to wear for my son's Communion party and got so many compliments! The fabric is stretchy and forgiving, but so flattering! Fit was perfect and the fuschia color is amazing. Love Nicole Miller dresses!

I was so excited to get this electric blue dress from Zappos to try on --- however, upon arriving in the mail, it was a pretty big disappointment. The color is not as bright and bold, but rather a heathered blue and the material looks so cheap for a relatively more expensive dress.

The dress was great, but unfortunately it just wasn't my size and I'm not interested in going through rounds of alterations. For reference, I ordered a size 0. I'm 5'6", 115 pounds, 32C. The waist and hips had extra room but the dress could barely zip around my chest/rib cage area. This would be a fabulous dress for someone if she happens to be the exact proportions of the dress!

I love this dress! Recently wore to a black tie event. Very flattering and I can wear a bra with it. So comfortable.

beautiful color--very slinky material. So, if you can pull it off, I say go for it. I just have a few too many bulges

This dress is absolutely beautiful if you like a dress that forms and contours your body! As some one else said, the pleats hit the body in all of the right places. The dress is comfortable because it stretches and if it feels tight when you zip it up, don't worry it shapes. I think the dress runs true to size. I'm 5'1" and 102 psd and the size 0 fit perfectly. It does fall right below my knee for length, but as an older woman I appreciate that it falls below the knee.

I am returning this dress. The straps are too far apart for me and fall off the shoulders. One of the reasons I ordered this dress was a prior review that said it was fully lined. That is not the case. The bodice has a second layer but the rest is a single layer and the fabric is very thin.

Perfect little black dress for dressing up or down. Fit like perfection. I will definitely use time and time again.

I can't understand all the great reviews for this dress. Personally I felt like the material was of poor quality, the zipper gets stuck incessantly on the poor quality fabric (bound to cause visible tears eventually). I am 5'4" and 120 lbs - based on reviews I bought a size 6. Normally wear a 2-4. It was not too big, the fit was fine. But I looked and felt like a sausage in this dress.

This is a beautiful, simple, classic dress. I am still deciding on whether to keep it or not. I want something simple like this dress. However, like many millennial women my age, I find the idea of spending even a thousand dollars on a dress that I will wear only once quite ridiculous. That said, $1200 on a wedding dress is not terribly bad, and this one seems to warrant that price to some extent. It is fully lined, with a boned corset-like underbodice. The dress is made from what appears to be a taffeta like fabric, only I believe it might have a bit of stretch to it. Additionally, the train is what I believe is "chapel length" which makes it all the more wedding appropriate. Should I choose to keep the dress, I will likely wear some sort of lace topper over the dress for my November wedding and remove the topper for the reception. For reference I am 5'0" (30-23-33) and the 0 fit fairly well, though I would likely have the waist and skirt taken in slightly to accentuate the "mermaid/trumpet" look. The length would definitely need to be altered as well.
