Wow! These are some seriously comfortable, cute boots. I have TERRIBLE feet. Diabetic damage, but I still want to wear stylish boots. These are hip, not too clunky looking. They are lightweight, soft and supportive. I wear a 10 and have a slightly wide foot and these fit perfectly. They didn't rub anywhere, including on the front of the ankle. I ware them for a whole day at work right out of the box. I am looking at other styles. Awesome service from Zappos as always.

I had to return the shoes because of sizing. If they had half sizes, it would have been perfect. Otherwise, the shoe itself was great. Beautiful style and color.
