Normally I like Softwalk. Not this time. There is a patent leather strip at the top of the shoe which becomes the back strap. The buckle is fixed to this strap. The strip is too thick to alliw it to move through the buckle so the length cannot be adjusted. Also there is a seam in the patent leather strip which is not at all smooth. Poor design is all i can think of.
