These are cute shoes, but I thought they had removable insoles. Needed those so these went back to Zappos.

Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)
Very disappointing. I have two pairs of SE Poppy, and love them. Very comfortable. I expected these to be equally comfortable with a similar fit. Wrong. It almost seems they're defective in the way they fit in the toe box. I tried everything to get them to be comfortable enough to wear, even for short periods, with no luck. I even bought shoe stretchers and had them in the shoes for a week. There was some improvement but not enough to matter. I should have returned them, but liked the style so much that I wanted to try to make them work. They will now be sold at consignment or donated.
