If you have or have not used packing cubes before, please just know that the actual sizes labeled can be misleading. The "large" is more like a medium size packing cube. The "medium" is closer to a small packing cube. I ordered this set of 3 cubes plus the XL cube and the long cube which works for my travel needs. All five cubes filled and compressed fit well into a 44 Liter carry-on size back pack along with 1 pair of hiking shoes.
