How to Obtain Your Balance

To obtain your balance on a Zappos.com Gift Card or e-Gift Card, please call the Zappos Customer Loyalty Team (ZCLT) at 1-800-927-7671. Please note that in most cases, the balance is adjusted immediately when you make a purchase, but there may be occasions when the updated balance is delayed for a period of time.

Expiration / Service Fees

Zappos.com Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards do not expire and we do not assess any service fees for non-use.
