Very nice shoe, just no arch support

The insole felt a little lighter than I was hoping for this price point.

I would order a size up as I am usually an 8 and my foot with a sock was right up against the back. I liked that the shoe wasn't too bulky looking and the sole is rugged for winter weather conditions. For all day wear, I returned due to the fit and also it just felt stiff. Probably fine for just running errands but looking for all day wear.

It was impossible for my 11 year old niece to get her normal size ankle through the ankle shaft.

Huge. Also didn’t know it was a polyester lining. Garbage.

I am not a fan of these. There is no arch support and these are not that comfortable. However, they are super cute. Quality is nice.

Ordered 2 sizes to see which fit the best for my Granddaughter. We are returning the smaller size

I bought these for my 12 year old Granddaughter & was sure of her correct size in these boots , so I ordered 2 sizes. We are keeping the larger size 8. I bought these bots last year for her & she requested a bigger size for this year.

The shoe/boot was in perfect condition, however the opening to get the foot into the boot was narrow. My daughter has a rather high instep, so could not even get it on her foot. Disappointing because this shoe was a great deal for the price!

This is my second pair of these slippers and I just love them. I have a narrow foot and they fit perfectly, true to size although a tad bit shorter than my last pair. I couldn't be more pleased.

I could not even get my foot into the slipper. I had to order a full size. I’m a 7 1/2 so I ordered a 7. Way too small. Want to switch for an 8. Fingers crossed.

Love the look, but as others said, they slip off your foot and you step on the bump in the back, making them very uncomfortable. I sent back 2 pairs. I got an 8 at first (my shoe size is 7.5) and I couldn’t even get my foot in it. Sized up to a 9 and they still slipped off my feet.

I’ve had a few pairs of Uggs in the past, and have really liked every pair, but these were the most uncomfortable shoes ever. I usually wear a size 6.5, and ordered a 6 and I couldn’t even get my foot all the way in it. I then got a size 7 and my foot barely fit and my pinky toes were super crammed along the edges. I also had to check to make sure that they had a hard bottom/sole because I felt like I could feel the floor through them. I really wanted to like them, but this was a total bust for me.

They feel cheap. Not like a true brand of UGG.

These boots seemed stiff and clunky. I didn’t like how my heel lifted up with each step. The toe box seemed a little narrow and tight.

Lovely and warm. Just didn’t fit my heel quite right. Nice slipper!

I liked the look of these shoes. I normally wear a 7.5 but since it only came to whole sizes I ordered an 8. It was too small with no socks. Plus I really didn't want the faux sheep lining, so I returned them.

These are super comfy and warm so looking forward to colder temps in Wisconsin. I usually wear a 9.5-10 and bought a 10 and fit perfectly. I highly recommend if you want a nice slip on clog.

Cute and decently comfy

I usually wear a 9.5-10 and these fit just right. Soft and comfortable. I am ready for cooler weather with these platform clogs.

The opening of the bootie is so small, I couldn't even get my foot into it! The fit of this boot clearly needs to be redesigned, because there is absolutely no give the the opening.

These are supposed to be mens size 10 but are clearly more like a womens size 9

I could barely get my foot in - the shaft is too narrow at the ankle.
