Great carry-on bag. The wheels are extremely smooth and quiet. Plenty of room.

Great looking messenger bag, well made, sturdy, lots of great interior and exterior pockets. Army color lols great! The medium seemed a bit too large for my laptop and it was almost too wide and too heavy to carry crossbody. I carried it on my shoulder and it was more comfortable for me. Fits perfectly under an airplane seat. I would definitely buy this brand again. Only gave it 4 stars because it seemed a bit large for me.

I purchased this bag to carry my essential when I’m traveling light around a city. Fits my wallet, Kindle, airpods, sunglasses, phone charger and a battery with room to spare. Overall I am pleased with the bag and would recommend to anyone looking for something to carry their bare essentials around town.

Really a well-balanced, well-constructed, well-designed bag. I initially thought it might be too heavy and too large for a petite height, "older" woman but it's great and despite the weightier Cordura fabric (vs nylon, my go-to), the bag does not feel like a drag across my shoulder. The fact that it has a "pad" divider that's rather stiff, allows the bag to hold its shape well. The whole effect is that it's tidy and well, almost "tailored", especially in the Cloud colorway I purchased. The interior fabric of mine is a pale gray making things easier to find. There are just enough pockets organizationally speaking to prevent "losing" items. Love the two side wall pockets for water, spare specs, lotion. I thought I might miss outside pockets but after a few days of using this bag, I find I don't! So far, so good and will let you know if that changes in the near future!

love the look and feel of this bag. the color i chose was great. this is the small and i bought the extra small to compare. the extra small felt more like a small crossbody. this small one is great for work or school. wish it had a zipper for extra security.

Great concept but poorly thought out. 1. This is a roll top, so you really need to dig into a dark chasm. I'm not saying put a glow-light in there, but they could have put lighter fabric inside at an attempt to make it easier on your eyes. Other than your laptop compartment, those other inside pockets are useless because you can't see it and it's hard to even get to. I am not exaggerating when I say it's like searching into a deep/dark Chasm. And no, the side zipper to the main compartment does not help that much in my opinion. 2. In the front, there are technically 4 pockets if you will. The zip up, then the space just above the zip up, then the two on the side. That middle pocket (above zipup) is barely big enough for me my phone. The two side pockets up so small my hand won't even get in there (my hands are small btw). In short, if you're an L-train rider and want to whip out your phone and kindle easily, you can't. 3. Tote handle is good with regular clothing, but if you're wearing a heavy-duty coat in Chicago weather, it will barely fit 4. Shoulder straps are just a little too long for me, even when adjusted to be at it's shortest length (I am 5'2"); they don't have a sternum strap btw, so it's just not a very good fit. Materials are high quality and the concept is truly nice, just as Timbuk2 is known for. But translated into an actual product for us, at least for me, it is a no-go.

I love this bag for travel. The plum color is beautiful, it has tons of space and is comfortable to wear (as backpack and tote). I like that it's classier than the average backpack. My only complaint - more zip pocket inside would have been nice, especially some large ones. It's too big for a purse so please also make a small version.

I love this bag! It's super sturdy and functional. I can even fit my laptop in the extra small bag, which I did not expect. One thing to note is that the velcro is REALLY loud. I read that in a review before I purchased, and thought to myself what a weird and unnecessary comment that was. But now I get it. I often find myself cringing when I'm at a meeting, conference, or whatever, and have to rip open this crazy loud velcro. It makes it hard to be stealth. I wouldn't change it though! Better to have mega-velcro than something that doesn't stay closed.

Nice roomy bag, and good wheels, but I wanted to be able to use the back pack function when going up stairs or on cobblestones and the straps did not feel comfortable on my shoulders. Seems like a well made bag for regular use but not as a backpack in my opinion.

As a small built person, this bag has made me insanely happy. Good room, comfortable fit on my small frame, and can strap it across my back for shoulder relief (can't stand backpacks, even small ones)while wearing. The "granite" color is kind of blah-not my favorite- but the bright red clips and interior save the style day. Yay. Hope to find a black one soon.

I've been using this bag consistently for a few weeks. It's a fantastic bag and very light weight. The bag is starting to show a small amount of wear along the edges (I assume it's just breaking in). It's mostly where I jam my water bottle into the pocket. The water bottle pocket is stiff and can be annoying to get your bottle into. One of the cinch straps is also in the way of the bottle pocket so you have to navigate around that. I wish there was a pocket inside of the main compartment, as I find that the front pocket is pretty small and doesn't fit many things (wallet, inhaler, sunglasses don't fit unless it's empty). Definitely a great bag for a few days of travel with my packing cubes. I also put a packing cube with my gym stuff in it and take it to the gym after work. Having the cinch straps is awesome--I've been strapping my jacket to the bag. I was able to carry two Macbook Pros in the laptop compartment (one in the sleeve, one outside). Overall, would definitely recommend this bag to others.

This bag is simply amazing. I don’t know how I ever traveled without it! I use as a gym bag daily but it fits perfectly as a carry on bag when I travel. Lot s of well thought-through pockets. The side pocket works well for shoes and they fit easily. Buy this one - you won’t regret it!

I pretty much like everything about this bag, with the exception of one thing. The metal buckles on the front scratch easily. One of my buckles was badly scratched after one day of use. For that reason, I'm going to return the bag.

It's a great pack that runs a bit smaller than other backpacks I have tried. It is more spacious than it appears though, and can fit a decent amount. Overall though the bag is quite tight. The water bottle side pocket struggles to accept standard bottle sizes, and the outermost pocket is rather slim as well. There's a flap over the zipper to protect against water intrusion that also results in you having to do some maneuvering to get inside that pocket. All in all though it's a well made and comfortable bag for daily use.
