Fits well in my usual shoe size. Comfortable with good support. Not the most stylish but will treat my feet well for flip flops - good for a pedicure.

Have used these insoles for almost ten years; very comfortable and they give excellent support!

Made by Merrill’s MOAB Mid boot more padded and comfortable out of the box. I purchased green SOLE. Recommended by other Merrill purchaser. Fit great in boot and made good arch support and additional padding for boot.

I find SOLE Active Thin's perfect for my situation where I found out that feet still grows with age. These still allow me to fit into my favorite sneakers+boots without my foot feeling cramped in the toe box. Eventually I'll update all my footwear to a larger size, but until then I'm extremely satisfied with these.

Love these insoles. I have the thin, medium, and thick, to be used depending on how my shoes/boots fit. They have improved my foot issues immensely. I have arthritis in my feet and general fatigue in my feet after standing for more than 30 minutes. These insoles enabled me to spend 6 hours dancing at my birthday party. So there!

Excellent support and lasts a long time.

These insoles are the best option I found to relieve shin splints from running. The thick insoles only fit in high volume shoes with removable insoles. If your shoes are lower profile you would probably want a different thickness, which you can buy from Sole as well. I love that the insoles can be trimmed to fit the shape of your shoe and custom molded. If you’re in between sizes, buy the size up and trim them to fit your shoe. Custom molding can help put the arch support exactly where you need it.

My physical therapist recommended these to help my alignment. They are very comfortable and fit great in my running shoes.

These are the best retail insoles I’ve tried. I’ve worn custom orthotics and these are as good or better. Plus you can heat mold them, and then they fit perfectly to your foot. I highly recommend them.

These inserts are the best! They fit my casual shoes and Rykas, allowing my feet to finally be pain-free. Who knew there was such an easy answer for relieving plantar fasciitis. Great foot and arch support. There are several different thicknesses available, and finding the right one to fit your shoes is key. I have several different ones for different shoes, and they have made all the difference in relieving my foot pain.

These are great. I got them to wear in tennis shoes but am currently using them for indoor cycling shoes. The fit is perfect and they are comfortable. My only criticism is that I would not call them thick. They are basically the same as the regular active SOLE insoles that I bought several years ago. I expected these to have more cushioning and that is not the case.

I’ve had prescription orthotics in the past and these are just as good. They last a really long time.

Extremely comfortable! A huge help and works better for me than several other brands. Insole comfort is highly personal, but these work great for me.

Too stiff, like standing on a piece of iron board. But my physical therapist recommended them to me, so I put them in my walking shoes anyway. After one mall trip, I developed plantar fascistic on my right heel. I've never had problems with my heel before. So I know for sure it's caused by this insole. Still struggling with the heel pain.

I used these to replace the insoles in a pair of Sperry Top Sliders. They have worked out great. They have more arch support than what was originally in the Top Sliders, but it feels better to me. I had to trim the toe box area and used the original insoles to trace it out, but the heels fit great. They do seem to wick moisture as my feet haven't gotten as sweaty, but for the odor control, I haven't had them long enough to verify that. So far I love them and have no complaints.

I wanted to try the Sole brand because of the footbed that is supposed to mold to the unique shape of your foot. I can't comment on that aspect of the shoe, as I didn't wear them long enough for this to occur. The problem I had was the width of the shoe being much too wide for my average width foot. The whole top part of the shoe was much too roomy. My feet slid forward with my toes nearly hanging over the front edge of the shoes. I did find the footbed to be quite comfortable...firm, yet somewhat cushy. The arch support was moderate, I'd say. I have a moderate to low arch and it felt supportive but not painfully pushing into my arch like some shoes with higher arch supports have, such as Vionic. I think this could be a quite comfy shoe if you have a wider, plumper or higher instep foot. When I stood in the shoe with my feet properly sitting in the footbed, they felt good on my feet. The length was true to size. The size 6 fit great lengthwise and I am usually a 6 in sandals. I'd recommend these if you need a roomy and supportive shoe.

This is an excellent sandal, really comfortable and seems like it is suited to outdoor conditions. It has great arch and metatarsal support, which is really important to me. Only reason I gave four instead of 5 stars overall is that you can't adjust the strap and it's a little wide for my foot.

Wear them all summer. Helped heal plantar fasciitis. Get a little smelly but can wash in shower.

I didn't know that I own a pair of inserts from SOLE. It's the one you heat and mold to your foot in the oven. They work beautifully in my winter sports boots and provide nice insulation as well as support for my pronating feet. These non-flip flop sandals seem to be designed just a well with good, firm arch support and a nice broader toe area and a single strap (a combo of suede and stretch material) that fits despite not being adjustable. I have had plantar fasciitis in the past so am always looking for good support. So far, so good as I have "auditioned" these in my home. The size Euro 38 is perfect. These are not as stiff as Orthaheels which I had hoped would work but became very uncomfortable instead. Sketchers Shape Ups were too unsteady. Can't wear New Balance last. Merrells no longer has the quality or sizing I used to rely on. It's been difficult to find a supportive slide style sandal that is not a flip flop. Once worn a bit more so it molds to my particular feet (which is what they are advertised to do), this SOLE just might "fit" the ticket! Thank you, Zappos, for having such a broad selection of items and fab service!
