These inserts are the best! They fit my casual shoes and Rykas, allowing my feet to finally be pain-free. Who knew there was such an easy answer for relieving plantar fasciitis. Great foot and arch support. There are several different thicknesses available, and finding the right one to fit your shoes is key. I have several different ones for different shoes, and they have made all the difference in relieving my foot pain.

These flip flops offer more substantial arch support than other flip flops because of the molded cork footbed. Unfortunately, the cork is not durable. I've worn these (occasionally) for a few months, and there are already large cracks in the cork. My pair just barely fits my foot, but other reviews said the flip flops ran large, so I believe sizing to be inconsistent.

I've worn these cork flips for over 8 years. I had plantar fasciitis for over a year so bad that I could barely walk until I started wearing these. However, I am very disappointed to realized that the latest version of these flips are not true cork beds. They are a plastic of some sort covered with a thin film of "cork appearing" fabric. I know this because one pair split in the fore foot and I could peel this thin layer off! The foot bed on these latest versions are very firm and do do conform to your feet. They are hard with no cushioning at all. Designers at Sole: you must be aware of how important cushioning is in foot beds to prevent plantar fasciitis. One of your staff told me there is a shortage of cork now. Then DON"T sell flip flops wall papered with cork fabric material and call them a cork foot bed! False advertising! What you designed several years ago....when you actually used a cork bed....well those shoes were a life saver for me. Please find some cork and start making them the right way again. Thank you!

LOVE Sole Sport Flips, but they are no longer available except in a few sizes. Even with those, I wish they made them in half sizes because my usual size is too big, but they are comfortable enough that even loose, they're very good. These, the Beach Flips, are insanely loose. I do not have a particularly narrow foot, just your usual B, and these had a good 1/2" of space around the whole upper. Cork also not as comfortable as the Sport. Problem is, a size smaller would make the footbed too short - don't know who these are designed for, but not people with average-ish feet.

I have worn this brand and style for years, so I was very surprised when the cork footbed within a month. I check an older pair and there was no sign of the cork deteriorating, and this pair I wore kayaking, shopping at street fairs, & around the ranch daily. The only reason I was replacing them is that the upper fabric had faded.

Fit and size were both good and they look great. However, I don't like rating them because my issues with them are unique to me. I had concerns about the contoured arch because I have extremely flat feet and even a little arch seem extreme to me and cause significant discomfort, as was the case here. It's unfortunate, because I love the look of these sandals.

I own a sport pair and they are comfortable. Theses are like walking on a block of wood. Not comfortable at all. The cork simply doesn’t work for me. I don’t recommend.

I've worn these for years with no problems. However, this time the cork foot bed is beginning to crack and chip away, and it has only been a month. So I have to return or exchange them and do without the summer arch support I was hoping to enjoy.

These are great. I got them to wear in tennis shoes but am currently using them for indoor cycling shoes. The fit is perfect and they are comfortable. My only criticism is that I would not call them thick. They are basically the same as the regular active SOLE insoles that I bought several years ago. I expected these to have more cushioning and that is not the case.

These sport flips are actually great for your feet. They give amazing support, don't chafe, and are very comfortable. I forget how many years ago I bought my first pair, but they finally needed replacing. I wish they had more colors, but the "Ice" looks way better in person than on my laptop's screen. I used to buy Sole's footbeds to stave off plantar fasciitis, and these sport flips are based on that platform. I no longer need the footbeds, but these flip-flops prevent soreness if I'm on my feet at length, whether in my kitchen (on hard wood floors) or walking around for an afternoon. During summer I usually default to docksiders (aka boat shoes) if I want to slip something on and off quickly. But they give zero support. These will save your arches and last for years.

I have an older pair of Sole flips that I have worn for several years now and wanted to buy a new pair. I have had plantar fasciitis in the past, and wanted good arch support. The old pair fit perfectly immediately and I was thrilled to have found them. I ordered these new Sole flips, along with one other style Sole flip, in several different sizes. ALL of them had such a tight strap that I could not get my feet all the way into the flip, very disappointing. The strap between the toes was too short, there was no give in the straps at all. I sent every pair back, now I’m back into my old pair.

I love my purchase of SOLE sandals and especially the fact that Zappos carries them. They are super comfortable and support my lack of arch, even though I will still have to break them in. No biggie! Zappos is so easy to work with.

So disappointed. I have had two prior pairs and they were amazing - just so comfortable. I wore both of them out so ordered these and the fit isn’t close to what they used to be which is sad because Sole had an excellent product but not anymore

Too stiff, like standing on a piece of iron board. But my physical therapist recommended them to me, so I put them in my walking shoes anyway. After one mall trip, I developed plantar fascistic on my right heel. I've never had problems with my heel before. So I know for sure it's caused by this insole. Still struggling with the heel pain.

I used these to replace the insoles in a pair of Sperry Top Sliders. They have worked out great. They have more arch support than what was originally in the Top Sliders, but it feels better to me. I had to trim the toe box area and used the original insoles to trace it out, but the heels fit great. They do seem to wick moisture as my feet haven't gotten as sweaty, but for the odor control, I haven't had them long enough to verify that. So far I love them and have no complaints.

I wore these sandals twice. The second time - I probably walked 1-2 miles in them at most. They ripped gashes in the top of both of my feet - which took about two weeks to hear! Left the country for a month - hoping Zappos will take a return!

I wanted to try the Sole brand because of the footbed that is supposed to mold to the unique shape of your foot. I can't comment on that aspect of the shoe, as I didn't wear them long enough for this to occur. The problem I had was the width of the shoe being much too wide for my average width foot. The whole top part of the shoe was much too roomy. My feet slid forward with my toes nearly hanging over the front edge of the shoes. I did find the footbed to be quite comfortable...firm, yet somewhat cushy. The arch support was moderate, I'd say. I have a moderate to low arch and it felt supportive but not painfully pushing into my arch like some shoes with higher arch supports have, such as Vionic. I think this could be a quite comfy shoe if you have a wider, plumper or higher instep foot. When I stood in the shoe with my feet properly sitting in the footbed, they felt good on my feet. The length was true to size. The size 6 fit great lengthwise and I am usually a 6 in sandals. I'd recommend these if you need a roomy and supportive shoe.
