I have tried numerous pairs of sneakers to replace my beloved ASICS GEL-Contend 3.....and NONE fit right (including the latest ASICS GEL-Contend which was very annoying). Either the back of the sneaker was unnaturally high or the toe box was too shallow or it hurt my feet (which has plenty of other issues to being with). I liked this pair because it had a roomy toe box and the shoelaces don't unravel even when tied with a single knot. The back is a tad high and the sole is a tad thin - but not enough to warrant a return. And considering I have wide feet, the shape of this sneaker makes my feet look normal and not duck-like, YAY. The fabric is very "airy" so would not recommend for winter wear but it's perfect for the warmer seasons.

Really wanted these to work. They were comfortable for my PF when first put on so I decided to wear them around for a while. After walking, my feet hurt. Sending them back.

Based on reviews of other customers, I purchased this shoe for daily, one mile-plus walks. They are not over-rated, having worn them for about a week now. They do have removable insoles, contrary to other information. They gray tone is ideal for versatile wear with any colors, say for shopping big box type stores or casual outdoor events. At first I thought the shoe was a bit tight on one foot, but it quickly accommodated that one foot being larger than the other. I have had good luck with Ryka for my 6.5W size in sandals and aerobic shoes, so I am not surprised with the comfort and fit of this style.

As someone who read all the reviews I was shocked these were way too big. Loyal Ryka wearer and prefer a 7w when available, these were too wide across foot and heel kept slipping out. Returning.

I've just found Ryka shoes for this wide foot woman. They run a 1/2 size larger than I normally wear, but shape to a woman's foot very well.

I love the fit, very comfortable. I will order more of these. If you have skinny ankles they may be too big, I consider my ankles normal and they fit fine.

Lots of room for toes. Extremely light weight, not too sticky on the sole, pretty design and colors. Limited cushioning but overall good purchase.

Nice lightweight shoe, airy shoe. Very flexible sole, but also twists too easily; not enough support for me, either in the arch or overall, and very different from my last pair of Rykas. Also a bit loose in the heel for my narrow feet. These would be a comfy, squashy, go to the grocery store shoe, but not enough support for walking any distance.

The Ryka Haiku is a super cute casual tennis shoe. I was looking for a light shoe I could wear with capris, shorts and jean skirts. My only problem with the shoe is I wanted to go sock less, (no show socks always puddle in my shoes?) this shoe needed either a softer liner or no show socks. Sadly, I returned it.

I was reluctant to order on line but these are great. The colors, style, fit are all perfect for me. I workout a lot so will were them for the gym and Zumba. They are light and sturdy and the arch support is soft and is still firm enough. Love them!

I have been wearing Ryka for years and years. I am always sorry if I buy a different brand. That being said, I always size up a half size and the fit is perfect. Lately all I have been buying seems to be gray shoes so I could use some variety in the styles.

So comfortable. The wide width is truly wide, but the ankle narrows so the shoes don't slip off from the back. It really is a shoe made for a woman's foot. Highly recommend.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. The style is a little clunky, the sole is very white, and I wish they were not suede. All that being said, I'm still keeping them because the comfort far outweighs any of the negatives.

This is the first time a pair of Ryka shoes have failed me. I haven't bought new Zumba shoes in awhile so I was excited to get some new Rykas. However, two pairs in, I'm giving up on this style. I didn't know what to select under "size" above. First, I tried the 5.5 which is my normal size, and the size I purchased last time. My toes were hitting the front of the shoe, so I decided to try a 6. With this pair, no matter how tightly I tied the laces, I still felt like my feet were sliding around. The soles felt thin for some reason. The tongue is strange with some sort of plastic-y material incorporated into it. Anyway, these are going back. So sad.

The fit was perfect for me with my regular size 7.5W. The shoe is very stylish, light weight and comfortable. What I did not realize from the photo is that the sole is made of a rather hard molded plastic. I think this will limit what I use the shoe for, but as far as casual walking, they are very comfortable.

I ordered an 8-1/2 and a 9. The 9 was just a little tight so I ordered a 9-1/2. I have Bunions and overlapping toes and the 9-1/2 feels like I am wearing slippers. They are the most comfortable sneakers I have had in years. I do use an arch support and that fits nicely. I will be returning the first 2 but will definitely keep the third.
