And levity, as it happens, is our legacy. It was Perry Ellis’ philosophy, both as a designer and a man. He was an innovator. A trailblazer. A man who wasn’t afraid to fly by the seat of his pants. From the day he launched his first line in 1976, he made fashion meaningful simply by not taking it so seriously. By believing that clothes should be fun. Following only what felt right. Following his gut. Never settling for what was expected. Choosing optimism. Laughing it off. And in doing so, he redefined an industry . . . and introduced much-needed wit.
He also earned an inspiring share of distinctions along the way. In 1979, Ellis won the Coty Award, his first of eight. In 1982, he was honored with the CFDA Designer of the Year Award. And in 1984, he was elected president of the CFDA. His is a legacy not just of levity, but of distinction.

These pants not only look great, but they feel great as as well. The very slim fit makes for an aesthetically pleasing look, and the material itself allows for stretch throughout, making the product extremely comfortable and versatile. I bought a pair and fell in love with them. I now have every color, and wear them regularly to work and outside of work. My only question is when can we expect to see additional colors available?

These pants are amazing. Look very professional and stylish with the impeccable very slim fit, but they are also incredibly comfortable. I feel like I can finally wear wear pants to work. They are also very breathable and light.

I have gotten so many compliments when I wear these pants. Very soft and comfortable. The color is nice as well. I really like them and just bought another pair. Highly recommended.
