I recently had the pleasure of trying out some new clothing gear and I must say, I absolutely loved it! From the moment I put it on, I could feel the difference in the quality of the materials used. The fabric was soft, yet durable, and it moved with my body as I went about my day. One of the things I loved most about this clothing gear was how versatile it was. I could wear it to the gym, on a hike, or even just running errands around town. It was comfortable enough to wear all day, yet stylish enough that I felt good about myself while wearing it. The fit was also perfect. It hugged my body in all the right places without feeling too tight or constricting. I could tell that a lot of thought had been put into the design and construction of these clothes. Another thing I appreciated about this clothing gear was that it was easy to care for. It didn't shrink or lose its shape after being washed, and it dried quickly. This was a big plus for me, as I often don't have time to spend on complicated laundry routines. Overall, I would highly recommend this clothing gear to anyone looking for quality, versatile, and comfortable clothing. It exceeded my expectations and quickly became one of my favorite pieces to wear. I can't wait to try out more products from this brand in the future!

(What's this?)Dear Marmot: WOMEN WANT POCKETS. Why doesn't this have pockets? I would love to wear this to walk at the park, go cycling, or at my kid's softball games, but then I also have to carry a bag for my phone and keys!

(What's this?)This jacket has a rugged, yet sleek face fabric and the zippers never get stuck or jammed even when I throw it on in a hurry. The Minimalist has a flattering fit, and I was able to comfortably wear a mid-layer without it affecting my mobility. The packability of this shell makes it an easy choice to bring along on every trip and is appropriate for inclement weather all year round. The Minimalist has me covered from rain showers in the warmer months to unrelenting sleet in the depths of winter.

(What's this?)Great light jacket to have around on any adventure. Super-light, packs really small, and I love the fit. Size L fits me great. 6.3', 220lbs, 44' chest, 36waist, long arms and torso. Perfect for me!

(What's this?)I originally gave this a 3 star review without testing the jacket long enough. I have come to really appreciate its attributes. It is well made, looks great, and keeps me very warm while walking down to 30F with a mid layer underneath. I asked Marmot to remove my original review because I felt it was unfair, however they declined, shows honesty.

(What's this?)I looked at a lot of down coats until I finally settled on this one and I was very happy w my purchase. It is a really plain and simple and spare design which almost gives it a tailored look which is pretty impossible in bulky down jackets. It's light weight for sure and I was a little disappointed when I opened it bc I thought it was too light weight to keep me warm. But it still is really warm. Anything more and you would be too hot wearing it. Love the dark blue color. I am thin boned w narrow shoulders. A lot of times I can fit into a small and the medium fits just right. It's cut a little high into the underarm. I like that, but others may not.

(What's this?)I've worn this jacket on a lot of adventures. From multi-day rain storms in the High Uintah Wilderness Area, to Florida tropical storms, this jacket comes with me whenever I need some quick protection from the weather. It has not disappointed me in wet conditions. GoreTex just works. The hood has a great fit because of the adjustable draw cord, and pockets are well placed. It can feel pretty hot inside when the temperature and humidity are high, but maybe I need to experiment a little with the pit zip ventilation more. And IMHO this is a good looking jacket. I am 6' 2" 190 lbs and the LARGE fits great.

(What's this?)Got the Nori in my usual size. Fits great. The material looks sturdy enough to withstand the elements, the fleece lined pockets are great for the cold. But it could do with at least an internal pocket. Sometimes I carry a credit card and/or my ID on my walk, just in case I need it. With no internal pockets I feel I'll lose them if I carry them in my outer pockets. Overall, a great jacket for very cold days. Though I haven't had to try it out since winter has been warm, I love the waterproof feature. Also I saw what one reviewer said about the Nori color, stains can show easily. I returned it to get the black color.

(What's this?)I was on the market for a good down vest and compared many brands and products. At the end I choose to purchase Marmot Highlander Vest from Zappos as best combination of quality and price. I wanted a short vest so that I can also wear it under a motorcycle jacket without sticking out. Highlander is a great jacket, warm, light and you can wear it as top or mid layer, depending on the weather. Zappos also were extremly easy to work with during my first order/return as I have ordered a smaller size first. Highly recomment the product and the merchant!

The Highlander jacket is a major player in my jacket wardrobe. The first thing is the COLOR. I love it so much and get many compliments on it. Second, the fit is both flattering and extremely comfortable. Marmot designs their clothing with female proportions in mind, which I have always appreciated. I am curvy and find this brand fits the best out of all of the outdoor brands. For reference, I am 5'6" 185 lbs and I ordered the XL. It fits comfortably loose and I could have fit in the L if I wanted a more slim look.

(What's this?)This jacket is a great midlayer for cool conditions. I've worn it hiking in the mid 30's by itself and felt very comfortable. The hood is a perfect fit and tucks in nicely under my rain jacket when it starts to pour. On its own, the outer layer will repel a a pretty good sprinkle, though I'm sure the DWR will wear off eventually. I'm 6'1", 175 lbs and the Medium fits perfectly and weighs 10.4 oz. A great, versatile layer.

(What's this?)I used to buy a new batch or Arch Rock shorts every spring. I wish they were offered with a choice of lengths and definitely without the new belt. I realize that some people preferred and wanted the longer length, but for tall people, the 10+ inch inseam was better. Could they offer both (long and short)?

(What's this?)I have to agree with the reviewer who mentioned that pocket design is problematic. I love the fabric of these pants, and based on the features - articulated knees, gusseted, one zip pocket for valuables - I thought they would be awesome. But, there is something not right with how they fit, even though waist size is perfect they pockets are always slightly pulled open and feels like there is not quite enough room. Add to that the pockets are not deep enough, and just a ten minute car ride my cell phone was falling out of the pocket. I don't keep anything in my pockets when hiking, all my stuff goes into the backpack, but for driving and around town I'd expect pants to work at least as well as a pair of jeans which these unfortunately do not.
