This bag is a nice style - I’m always looking for bags that have pockets for a travel mug/water bottle - but overall, this bag is somewhat “boxy” and I’m not sure it would hold up to my everyday use. For the price, I decided it wasn’t for me and returned it.

Super cute Ju-Ju-Be MiniBe olive green backpack. Liked several features including the side pockets for water and metal accented zippers. However, my purpose for the backpack is for hiking, rather than as a handbag substitute, and in this regard the strap adjustments which are rings aren't quite fit-for-purpose. Nevertheless, I like the size, the fabric, design and for the right buyer think it's nicely done. (For fashion on the trail have found a quilted Marc Jacobs instead.)

Ahhhhhhhhmazing!!! Wow gorgeous bag!!! I have not yet used it but it’s beautiful, it’s big with lots of pockets. Definitely a plus with having 2!! Mommy pocket is really cool too. It feels good to have a nice bag for mommy. ;) Can’t wait to use this!! :)

I loved this JuJuBe fuel cell. Perfect accessory for my Be Prepared diaper bag! Such cute prints.

Attractive, comfortable, and functional - can you even beat that? This diaper backpack is so smartly designed with pockets and features that make it very easy to use. Plenty of storage without being too bulky. The straps are lushly padded and curved to fit so comfortably. I have very narrow shoulders and some backpack straps are too bulky or wide to sit on my shoulders, but these are perfect. Looks great too.

I purchased this diaper bag for my second baby and I love it. It is worth every penny. Aside from the copious amount of compliments I receive on it, it is so comfortable to carry and holds so much (maybe too much at times). It has so many pockets and even if I pack it too full it is still organized. If you purchase this bag, I can assure you you will not regret it!

Love this diaper bag! It was my one indulgence for myself (when everything else is about baby)! Perfect for travel or just always being prepared!

I absolutely love this diaper bag. I obsessively love it. A coworker gave me hers after she no longer needed it and even after two kids it still looked great and was in excellent condition. I have since used it with my two and still, it has held up to the test of time and serious abuse. It has gone everywhere with me. Zoo, train rides, park, Disneyland, church nursery, Trader Joes and so on and still it does what it does best, function while looking cute. The straps did not bother me at all. I love how I can wear it like a backpack. I often end up doing this so I can hold my son in one arm and groceries in another. I convinced my sister to also get one and she too loves it as much as I do! It is such a fabulous item to have. You will not be sorry.

Starting with what I really like about the bag: - herringbone pattern is quite neutral and hip-looking - material appears very easy to clean, is machine washable, seems sufficient to wipe down as well - makes a great all-day bag for one child - nice bag to fly with as a personal item because of how secure it closes and its shape - the way the main compartment opens up while you're wearing it as a messenger bag allows you to see all the contents of the bag well while the side gussets keep your things from falling out. - very nice organizational compartments especially when you group items into individual separately purchased pouch bags - the "idea" of being able to use it as a shoulder bag and backpack - stretchy key fob for anyone who constantly has to dig for one's keys although the "mommy pocket" is small enough that it can just be thrown into that pocket and seen easily - easily accessible cell phone pocket - love the metal feet (this should be on most totes with a squared-off bottom) Cons: - main reason I had to return this bag is the metal hardware when worn as a backpack was uncomfortably digging into my armpit/rib cage area. I also contemplated what I could do differently to make it work but there's really no way around it because I preferred wearing the backpack at the highest point of my back, which felt fine on the back; however, that is at the setting where the straps bothered me a lot. And since I plan to wear my newborn with a wrap most of the time for the first few months, I needed this to work as a backpack. But if the metal is uncomfortable for me, I can foresee it potentially rubbing against baby too. - not crazy about the light yellow metal hardware's appearance but not awful either - the metal hardware jingles a lot because of its light weight and type of metal used. And with three separate straps if used all at once can be very noisy. I compared the hardware used on the Petunia Pickle Bottom City Carryall strap and it made virtually no clanging sounds and was made of far more superior hardware. The PPB did not work for me for other reasons but I love the hardware they use. Back to the BFF: where the straps attach to the d-rings of the messenger strap, it clangs quite a bit when you're picking up the bag to put on or set down. Also the swivel of the BFF's messenger straps squeaked (on my purchase at least), and it was loud enough that I contemplated spraying it with something had I decided to keep it to justify using the bag, but there's never a good reason to use chemicals just to make it work, of course. Oddly enough on the Legacy collection Better Be bag (also in gold metal), it does not squeak on the swivel. - when worn as a messenger bag crossbody style, it seems very bulky because of how the mommy pocket extends outward and the fact that it's a boxier style to begin with. This bag can work and does work for many parents depending on how the bag fits each person and how one intends to use the bag. I still like this bag and maybe will find it useful under different circumstances in the near future and will try the models with the silver hardware to see if it makes a difference.
