Izzy has received awards such as CAFA’s Womenswear Designer of the Year Award, and her adaptive line has been featured in the Royal Ontario Museum. She first ventured into the world of accessible clothing after doing custom work for a person that uses a wheelchair 2004. This opened her eyes to the huge necessity for inclusive fashion in clothing in the world. The fashion industry had failed to acknowledge the clothing needs for those living with physical disabilities, and she knew she needed to do something about it. This line features styles for men, women, and non-gendered clothing as well.
