Please make in smaller sizes.

I give only 4 stars because there are smaller than the real size. I would recommend buying half size bigger. I bought a size 7. I will return them and buy a size 7.5.

Good looking pair of shoes. But I found the toe box to be uncomfortable. Right where the safety toe transitions on the sides. Was rubbing. I returned them.

Shoes feel perfect, true to size stated, great workmanship

The shoes fit OK, but the soles were excessively stiff and they will be uncomfortable to wear for extended periods.

I really liked the look of the shoe. But they scarf and scratch really easy. After one hour of wearing them I had a scuff it could not be removed

I usually wear a 12 4e shoes. I tried the 12 3e and returned it because my feet were floppy in the shoe. I ordered the 11.5 and it was also too big.

They fit exactly like their regular dress shoes. Fairly comfortable.

I really like these shoes. They are comfortable and look good while still giving me the safety requirements I need. This is my forth pair.

This shoe is very tight through the toe box and across the top of your foot. Not at all what I expected for a EEE shoe. Beware if you have a higher instep.

As good as the Red Wings I like, but at a much better price!

As good as the Red Wings I like, but at a much more reasonable price!

The shoe is VERY heavy! Feels like the weight of a brick. Don’t need “weights” in work boots since already working, not exercising. They are going back.

Very comfortable shoes - I walk 5+ miles every day and needed a pair that were steel toe, comfortable as well as look professional and these shoes fit the bill perfectly!

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I can't recommend this shoe to anyone. I'm an old man, and when I was a kid, Florsheim was a well respected shoe company. When I saw this shoe in the lineup, I was all "Hey, this must be a pretty good shoe, the company has been in business forever in a very competitive market." My regular shoe is a $18 Kirkland from Costco, so I was pretty pumped to order 'real' shoes. These were the most uncomfortable things I've had on my feet - ever. The uppers are so stiff they caused bruising on my ankles. The soles so stiff I 'flop walked' like if I had swim fins on. Some people said "Maybe they need a break in period." They were advertised as work shoes. I work 12 hours a day. When am I supposed to break them in? Florsheim shoe company, I'm sorry to leave such a bad review, but these are bad shoes.

I wouldn’t recommend these shoes there isn’t a tongue loop to hook to the laces. The tongue drops & irritates the top of your toes & doesn’t look good. This happened in the first couple days.I spend the majority of the day at a desk. In the picture you can see the issue.

Very nicely made boot, but a 4E would have been better at the forefoot and the heel cup was too wide
Zappos Reviewer on September 23, 2019
I need 14 -14 1/2 wide. These fit great. They are EEE and that helps with heavy socks. These are lighter than previous safety boots but not as light as some athletic shoe type safety shoes.

Purchasers should be forewarned: this model has a protective toe (we older folks used to call them steel-toed shoes), and the protective "composite" toe feels very much as though it was just an afterthought. The inside surface of the shoe is very smooth and comfortable, right up until the point when you run into the protective toe - it intrudes into the shoe's interior and leaves a large, obtrusive, and very uncomfortable ridge. I tried on these shoes (on my living room carpet), and they immediately hurt. I cannot imagine trying to wear these for any length of time. Thankfully, Zappo's friendly return policy will allow me to return them for a refund. Florsheim normally has great products, but they sure laid an egg with this model. Best to avoid this one.

Very comfortable for my feet with extra front end width and arch supports. Strong protection. Quite attractive for this function of shoe. I will order this again when needed. Width 4E, not available, would have been even better for me.

Each shoe looked great in the box, very sharp, and I am sure they would have been nice shoes. The problem is that, while I have been accused of such, I really do not have two left feet.

Love my new boots, will be back soon
Arthur from Commerce Township,MI on June 17, 2019
At first I had to get used to the strong elastic around the top of my foot, but after walking for a few hours I noticed that my foot wasn't slipping back and forth or from side to side as my running shoes allowed. I was tempted to send them back for the 5E width, but they conformed well and they are keepers.

I think these are great shoes. Have had sore arches for years and tried a couple other expensive brands. After wearing these for a few weeks, with an insole, the problem is gone. I'm buying another pair now because I scuffed the other ones.

With respect to comfort, I wish there were negative stars. Without a doubt the most uncomfortable shoes I’ve ever owned. Because I am a self employed person I am now stuck with a pair of $120 shoes that are thee worst. Do not buy!!
