These are my favorite work/going out shoes. My office is too formal for sneakers, so these shoes are perfect there and are dressy enough for social situations as well, without looking like steel-toe boots. The textured leather hides scuffs and needs less TLC than smooth leather shoes, which is great since the last thing I want to do is baby my shoes. Dr. Scholl's used to make this shoe with a different, stickier rubber sole, and the same exact leather top, but I like this version better, since its slightly harder rubber sole does not squeak on linoleum and hardwood floors. I went through two pairs of the older version in about 6~8 years of Mon-Fri use at work, plus going out at night, to movies, etc, so I can vouch for how long they last. If you want to live with just two pairs of shoes, all you need are these and a pair of sneakers. I never had work shoes that lasted as long and were still comfortable after years of daily use. I am an IT guy and do a lot of walking at work, and these are the most comfortable work shoes I've ever had. Because they are loafers, they are easy on and off, which is great for travel, when your feet swell in the plane, or when you are reclining at the movie theater. No more lace ups for me! Finally, because I'm in these shoes most of the time I go out the door, and they last for years, they are a bargain at $60 (June 2019). I bought two pairs this time, just in case I can't find them again in a few years. TL;DR: Comfortable, good looking, real leather, low-maintenance, dressy shoes that last for years, for $60. Get them.

My son had these shoes in black and they are very comfortable (11 wide). So after a foot injury, we ordered a second pair in brown and he still finds them comfortable for his wide, and injured feet.

One of those shoes where I put them on and knew immediately they fit perfect. I normally wear a 10.5 and the 10.5 in these was dead on. They are very light for work shoes but as long as they hold up for a while, the lightness is an advantage! I work on loading docks and move a lot--if these hold up to my VERY strenuous work routine for 6 months I will be very happy. Too early to say for now.

Love these shoes. I needed safety shoes for work and I liked their retro appearance. And very definitely nonslip!

Over all I like the shoe. My regular show is Klogs Mission...this has a higher heel in the back. It is not a lot higher but I am trying them out on the carpet until decide if I can wear them to work. Very top quality.

This shoe felt very heavy. The sole was rigid and inflexible. My husband has gait and balance problems when walking and this shoe actually made it more difficult for him to walk.

Worse shoes ever. Ever!! I left them in the box for over a month, and finally decided to wear them. I’ve worn them 4 times & ALL times after 2 hours I want to cry. I was stupid and threw the box away otherwise I would look into returning them. These shoes are the worse work shoes ever

I have to wear these green and blue foam insoles in them. I forget what they’re called in order for them to feel comfortable and they’re half a size to small but I still kept them. They’re completely waterproof and slip resistant which is what I was looking for in a shoe. They provide moderate are support for me. This is about the sixth shoe I’ve tried for job where I work in a kitchen.

I purchased these to replace mt Dr Scholl's Harrington shoes that I had purchased over 4 years ago and had worn the soles down to nothing. I have wide hard to fit feet and also have to wear special arch support in one foot, so the fit of these shoes is very important to me. The Harrington II is perfect and I purchased them in both Black and Brown. Hopefully I'll get another 4 years out of theses shoes.

These shoes are incredibly uncomfortable. I absolutely hate them and wonder why I'm ever fooled into giving Dr. Scholl's money. The snug fit and pinching I thought were part of the breaking in process never went away. The shoe seems like a clog since the front half is leather, but the part around your heel is a stretchy fabric. I'm sure this is supposed to feel comfortable, but the fabric stays tight like a rubberband around the ankle. I tried adding moleskin to create some comfort around the back of my heel, but when wearing work shoes turns into taping my feet and wearing specific socks and still ending the day with sore feet, it's time to cut my losses. I will absolutely never buy another shoe from them again. They are the worst.

The heel seemed really shallow. I tried two sizes and both slipped up and down when I walked in them. Bummer because they were actually comfortable. I just didn’t think that they would work for me.

Excellent fit and extremely comfortable. Hard toe for safety. Price was a great value. It may have been mentioned in the description and I missed it, but the uppers are man made, not leather. That’s fine. They’ll do the job.

I bought these for my 19 year old daughter, who works in a restaurant, and walks several blocks to and from work. She had her first day yesterday. She texted, “Shoes... 10/10”. Now, this girl is spoiled, and usually wants no less than designer this and that, no knock offs. She loves them! I am so happy to get her a good pair of shoes at a great price.

I really like these shoes. The only drawback is that they do not tie, so I can't tighten them when they feel too loose. Other than that, great arch support and very comfortable to wear.

My feet are all kinds of messed up. It doesn’t help that I work in a boutique hotel with no elevator. I need shoes that can give me that slightest bit of comfort while I walk, run, and climb a million flights of stairs everyday. They are not the most attractive shoe... I mean, let’s be honest, but it’s a small price to pay for comfort.

Very comfortable. Purchased W width so plenty of room for my toes. Like that they are elevated from the floor (platform) since it keeps my pant legs clean and dry. Would recommend for work. Also, the design is simple so they don't look dorky or huge.

I have been trying several shoes in this general style from several different shoe brands. While these Dr. Scholls were generally quite comfortable, they seemed heavier. In some ways tis style seemed more like a low heavy boot. They would be great for someone wanting more structure and support. I am returning them and will try another style. I absolutely love that this is all possible with Zappos shoes. I have one very small and quite limited shoe store in my local town. I LOVE Zappos! It brings TO me the possibility of trying an amazing variety of styles and brands.
