The band across the top of the foot is very tight; will not give any at all. I couldn't get my right foot in it at all.

Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)
I have a size 11 foot, and in the Chaco Cushz, the size 11 fit (in the regular Chaco CloudZ I wear a 10). I liked the padding on the back strap, but that strap is not adjustable. The material in the Chaco Cushz is lighter-weight than in the original Chacos, and the sole is a different material as well - it is smoother. Unfortunately, these sandals were very uncomfortable for me under the arch. I have flat feet, and in these sandals, I felt like I was walking with a lime under my arches.
