Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)
I originally ordered a size 6 but had to size down to a size 5. The shoe is very comfortable. However, I found that the top strap is not as adjustable as the bottom strap. The top strap has an extra piece of fabric attached, which prevents it from pulling away fully, making it difficult to tighten securely. In contrast, the bottom strap is fully adjustable. Overall, I like the shoe, but the top strap could use some improvement.
