Material is grainy and soft. The length of the shoe is pefect. I found the width to be wider than average medium width. I would've kept the 8.5, but the width made it loose and floppy on my feet. I normally can wear most 8.5M even though I have a slightly narrow foot.

Material is grainy and soft. Really beautiful quality. The sizing in length is true to normal US sizing, but the width is wider than average. I bought both the 8.5 and 9. The size 9 was too long and too wide and would not stay on my feet. The 8.5 was just right for length, but was loose along the sides and gapped wide
