Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)
Thick, stiff sole was horribly uncomfortable plus, there is no arch support at all. Returned.
Also, the Amazon driver - who was blasting her radio at an ungodly level - was rude and confrontational.
Not a good experience at all!
