I will say they run large! My daughter wears a size 4 shoe and is in the 2/3 size. She is 17 months for reference.

Highly recommend. I was pleasantly surprised by how much this shoe got used (and was used most by a long shot) between 12months - 20months. Absolutely perfect for indoor during the colder months. Super easy to put on with the Velcro, and after a white our toddler was able to put them on himself. He loved them - I wish they made the same style for older ages!!
