Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)If you have normal width feet, these boots run big and they aren't narrow, they're a bit wide. Solidly built, great style. I read the reviews on these and maybe they got a different pair of boots than me. I wear 11's, always with a normal foot width so I ordered 11's and they are at least 1/2 size too big, maybe more, and they are pretty wide -- not tight as one reviewer stated. My foot is between 11 and 11 1/2 -- I wear 11's in Frye's and they fit perfectly. I put insoles in these and they were still slightly too big. But the style is great and they're solidly built so I'll send them back and get a 1/2 size smaller. Good deal for the price I'd say. Love Zappos, they're the best with service.

Love these boots. Comfortable, warm, stylish. I wear them day to day but have worn them hiking and working in wet/muddy conditions too and they are perfect. People keep complimenting my "Redwings" and are always surprised to hear that they are Carhartts. Highly recommend

Weak pull-tabs, one tore off after just a handful of wears.
After a couple of miles walking the insole beings to show its inadequacy and rubs the heel.
Definitely kept my feed dry across a few slush storms. Decent shoes, but may not be the best choice if you walk a lot and at speed.

These boots are awesome. They're comfortable and flexible right out of the box. They keep my feet dry, which is nice since I work in a brewery with water on the floor all the time.
I ordered my normal size and they fit my feet well.
