These fit well but they look like pleather and do NOT WEAR WELL!!! My son is a 9th grader and has worn them to school only 3 weeks at the toes are badly scuffed and leather peeling off! they also have a HUGE crease mark in the toe. I would like to return this for a refund! i would never buy this brand again!

I am dreadfully frustrated trying to find shoes for my 7-yer-old grandson who has extremely sensitive feet which don't look wide but seem to require a wide width shoe--hence, numerous orders to Zappo's. This was the third shoe I'd tried, and ordered because it came in a wide width. All I can say is that if this was a wide, I cannot imagine what a medium would look like. He couldn't even get the front part of his foot into it! Terribly disappointed. Shoes are good-looking but cannot believe they were really a wide. This is my first experimentation with Florsheim brand, know it's a great old shoe company when I was a kid in the 40's/50's, but none of the 3 sizes/styles I've ordered come anywhere near fitting--either crazy big or crazy narrow.
