I was so excited to buy these shoes that I had my eye on for a while. The style is super cute. I was so disappointed when I finally got to see them in person. The glue was visible where sole meets upper. Perforations were incompletely punched out, also with visible glue on top of shoe. Misaligned seams visible through perforations on side of shoe. If I bought them at Payless for $30 it would be okay. However this poor level of quality is unacceptable at this price point. Will be returning.

These shoes are comfortable, stylish and awesome right out of the box! Everyone at work complimented me and kept staring at my shoes. I'm ordering another color ASAP cause I walked in these for hours with no rubbing, pinching, or ANYTHING! They feel like slippers with a soft heel. The toe box in ample without look "old lady-ish". The bottom is skid proof and solid and the shoes kept my feet warm. I have flat, over-pronation feet, so finding shoes I love to wear is difficult. The arch support literally cradles my arch with a soft pillow-like I'm sorry I just can't find enough words to express my satisfaction with these shoes. If all of the shoes made by this company are like this, they will be my new go-to brand from now on!

If you like comfy, feminine, and timelessly classic shoes AND you like getting lots of compliments, buy these shoes. Right now. Seriously. These colorful oxfords are the reason I look forward to cooler weather. I have them in red. Best shoe purchase ever. I normally wear a 7.5 and my feet are slightly wide and these fit perfectly.

I am playing in an old-time folk band and I needed a shoe that looks kind of "thirties-ish." I have been looking for a while .. spotted this shoe, and even though it doesn't come in wide (the cute shoes rarely do) I thought I would at least give it a try, since another reviewer said she had a wide foot and was able to make this work. So I ordered it and out of the box, it looked teensy, like "How am I going to fit my Flintstone of a foot in that wee shoe?" but to my surprise, it did go in. To stretch it, I put a small round potato in each toe box, and then a big ol' roasting potato in the main part of the shoe and let it stretch for two weeks. I just put it on last night and they were surprisingly comfortable. I could even walk in them! I was so pleased! I'm not saying I could wear them all day at work, but I did wear them to work (I am a teacher) for three hours and it wasn't bad. So I could see being able to make it through a three-to-four-hour gig wearing these. I have a moderately wide foot with plantar fasciitis and I was able to wear and walk in this shoe for three hours. I can't wait to wear them out with a nice folky dress ... on stage.

I love these shoes. I got them in brown and they are fab. I've bought Spring Step before and I know that they are made with pizazz in mind and these are. However these, in my opinion, would never be classified as "comfort" shoes but Sstep uses fine leather that stretches and then stays that way. These shoes give you a tight fit which also means a tight toebox. There is no wiggle room so I used my shoe stretchers on them and they were perfect. I have done that with almost all of my Sstep shoes. The bottom of the shoe is covered in a rubber that give you great stability. You'll feel very confident walking in them and your shoes will be noticed by everyone.
