Look: These are my most favorite slippers ever. I have tried so many kinds and love the comfort of these. They pad my feet so the bottom of my bunions do not hurt. The fur around the ankles is yummy. They are so cute that anyone who sees them wants some.

Look: Super cute and good traction on the sole, but the seam running across the instep is very tight on my foot -- probably not good for those with high arches. I\'m going to have to return these.

She says it fits perfectly and has worn it constantly since it came ONLY 16 HOURS after I ordered it with the free shipping. I highly recommend these Down Booties, and I think they look great, although you'd never see them on the runway in Paris. P.S. Zappos' customer service has won a new customer.

I called Zappos and they shipped a replacement shoe immediately - got it the next day! My normal size, which is sizing UP to a 9 from an 8.5, worked perfectly, although these are just like my Dansko cabrios in that they are a bit too tight over the top of my foot the first few times I wear them. Awesome service from Zappos and, in spite of the glitch, an awesome shoe.

The slippers are true to size with moderate arch and ankle support. The cross stitching on the sides and top give an otherwise plain slipper a bit of style. The soles are sturdy enough to wear for a quick trip to the store. They look great with jeans around the house and keep my feet warm with or without socks.
