Wolverine

Really comfortable. Feels strong and long lasting. I just got them today so we will see how well they hold up.

Great looking shoe, and of course, great quality from Wolverine. Very comfortable inner sole. Nice shoe to dress up jeans and stay casual. Only concern - the light suede has a tendency to darken at the toe...I guess the suede will all eventually "mature."

Fit is excellent. Quality is excellent. These shoes have maintained their quality even with the Overseas construction. Not many brands can say that anymore. Was a long (painful) search for a comfortable, durable Oxford but now I am happy. Thinking of getting some black ones.

Being on my feet all day, I needed a shoe with all-day comfort and durability. When I first slipped these on, the fit and comfort told me I had made a good choice. Now that I've worn these for a few weeks, I'm sold on these shoes.

It is a fight to get these boots on and off. Thin socks that are smooth make it possible. They fit good, but I should have the next size to let me use a decent pair of socks. Made in China-what a shame. Good quality and price.

I bought these boots because they are waterproof. Very wrong. My feet would get wet as if I was wearing flip flops. Mink oiled the boots and it made no difference. Found out that the water was pouring in from right around the bottom next to the stitching. I must have gotten a defective pair. Zappos is happy to exchange them out for me. The customer service is always outstanding.

I've been trying many shoes in this class for a while now, maybe the price isn't much these days but I really did expect more for my money. This is the first shoe that I've not returned to Zappos in my recent trials. It's very light and airy on the feet, will be fine for everyday use for someone heavy on their feet as I am. I wanted a shoe I could take long walks in as well and these start to really hurt before 3 miles. Visually, I think they are a little weird looking, the leather is cheap. They have a cute-ish shape but the sole is also weird looking from the side. They are very strong and supportive though, I'm overweight and these do give the structure I need. If I never leave the office, they'd be fine.

Looking for two years for replacement for my Havana Joe's. These fit great and were extremely comfortable for walking. I don't do reviews but these were so great I wanted to let you know. Even better than the Havana Joe's. Look great and well constructed.

These shoes were the worst quality shoes I have ever owned. After literally the third time of wearing them, they began to fall apart. The seams that hold the leather to the bottom, rubber sole of the shoe completely broke off. As a result, the shoes had huge holes in them. Furthermore, the leather was not real and the coloring chipped off after only a few times of wearing them. I will never buy these shoes again nor will I purchase anything from this company. Avoid Wolverine.

I ordered two pair of boots. These and another type (which will remain nameless). The nameless pair fit fine but had physical defects with the eyelets. THESE on the other hand fit my foot like a glove (for the foot). I double checked (due to the nameless pair's defects), every stitch, and every seam. Not only is it a very well fitting boot, but the workmanship and material quality was above standard. Yes it's a bit more expensive than some, but knowing what I know now, I'd not only purchase them again, but also proudly and confidently recommend them and the Wolverine brand to anyone looking for a new boots.

I am on my feet all day working construction. These boots require little or no break in and every pair of wolverines I have owned have lasted at least two years. I wouldn't buy anything else.

Great pair of work boots. Only took a couple of days to break in. Very comfortable, and seem to give ample support.

These shoes look even better on than in the picture alone! And they are very comfortable: I usually need a few days to walk shoes in and and am prone to blisters. However, the leather is very soft and overall they very light. Also very nice padding/arch support. Great for the warm weather.

These are great looking boots. I usually wear a 9 in shoes, but had to get an 8 in these boots. That's pretty common for boots. They're a little stiff when you first get them, but after wearing them a few times, they loosen up.

I've used these daily through two months of fall landscaping and lawn cleanups and through an entire winter. In order to make my heel fit in the heel cup I need to use a heel-lock lacing pattern, but they are very supportive and comfortable once laced to fit me. The sole has worn well, better than I expected based on previous experience with Wolverine and other brands, and the leather is still in good shape--though I mink oil then three or four times a month. They're definitely a bit narrower than marked, I can't decide on the size. Maybe 1/4 size small? I always have a hard time with boot sizes since I wear different weight socks depending on weather. I wouldn't mind if the steel toe was a bit taller, but it doesn't cause me problems. The color is redder than most boots, but they're usually covered in mud/dirt/grass/oil so who cares?

Product is exactly what I expected, a great boot and is exactly what I needed for odd jobs, a little heavy but I guess the steel toe is why.

These shoes have haphazard construction, they fit snugly for a slip on and don't feel like they will come off. The soles do make a squishing sound. So if you believe that may drive you nuts, don't buy them.

The tongues on these shoes are not the same length and even the longer of the two is too short! Its the last thing I would expect to go wrong on his 3rd or 4th shoe trial. I'm not going to bother ordering more, as I am suspicious of the quality of a company that would send this pair of shoes out into the world. Something has happened to Wolverine. Eccos looked great, but he wouldn't even try them on -- thinking they were too nice? So now its Rocksports. Boring, but maybe the tongues will be the same length? As always, Zappos is amazing.

These chukka boots are amazing! The insoles are extremely comfortable and they look great with jeans. Easy to dress up or dress down these boots. 5 stars hands down!

Specific to the shoe's comfort, appearance, strength, I'd give it great stars. The only problem is one you frequently see in customer reports, namely sizing. For me, I speak only for me in this: The boot was just about one size larger on my foot than it should have. Best wishes.
