I was delighted to find this Swiss army knifeat Zappos! As a gift for my grandson, it came with the usual Zappos promptness and pleased him immensely.

Well made, good looking, lightweight. Just a bit large for a gym bag, however. I would gladly buy the a slightly smaller model if it was offered.

This is the best knife ever. You do not even feel it in your pocket. It is a great every day do it all knife.

This is a nice bag for its intended purpose. I could have used a little more depth in the main storage area. It is built well, I am sure I will have many years of service from this bag.

This is a great bag for a quick trip. It is lightweight and fits well into a bigger suitcase when taking multiple trips. The only drawback is that there is not really a place to put a pair of shoes.

This is a great briefcase and top quality leather and I'm still finding compartments and well thought out features. Good value for the money and comparable to the Tumi Alpha only with a bit more space and a lot cheaper. I'd definitely recommend this for the discerning customer who values quality and style.

Received one for Christmas. Warmest coat ever. If temp gets to the 30's it is actually too hot. Great garment. At 73 I am always cold but not in this coat.

This was a Christmas gift for my husband. Quality of leather and craftsmanship is great. I bought it because of the padded shoulder pad. Other bags don't offer that. I would mostly recommend it if you travel with laptop a lot because it will fit a lot of additional things like phone, charger, notebooks, files. Just for a laptop for an everyday use it may be little too big.

This bag is neither fish nor fowl in it having insufficient space for much of anything and so many zips you are constantly pulling the wrong one. Its larger brother the NXT 5.0 Mobilizer 22 inches is by far a superior bag, positively cavernous compared to this and fits perfectly when wheels out in almost any commercial aircraft from Boeing or Airbus currently flying. For the same money and seemingly twice the space go with the 22 inches as it is quite likely the best roll aboard bag on the market today weather you are an idle tourist or a million mile flier.

This was a gift for my daughter-in-law who works in Manhattan. She thought it was perfect. She has to take her laptop back and forth with her to work and this protects it nicely. It has a spot for an umbrella and a waterbottle. There's plenty of room for paperwork and for your Kindle or the book your reading on the commute. This was a great purchase.

Love this bag. Holds my laptop, iPad, cords, and papers. It's comfortable to carry using either the strap or carrying handle. The clips and velcro keep everything secure.

Very nice wallet! Leather is of a high quality and it has smart use of space resulting in lots of areas to hold cards. The divided bill compartment is also a great organizational tool.

There was an amazing selection of Carry-on bags to choose from on the site. I made my selection, simple efficient process and the bag arrived in 2 days, I had not paid for expedited processing, but it was there ASAP. Fantastic service, superb product. Well packed and I am definitely a future customer.

The design of this folding umbrella is not user friendly. The slide, used to pull the umbrella closed, is difficult to grasp and pull toward the body. I was disappointed in the quality vs the price. I recommend you look to other manufacturers before placing this purchase.

Excellent, the best backpack ever if you travel a lot with laptop. The security fast pass is the best, works in US, and several Asian airport securities.

This is a fantastic suitcase. I just started commuting weekly between Chicago and DC, and ordered this suitcase to see if it was more serviceable than my old 24' inch Tumi, for which I paid more. For some reason this one feels more spacious even though it is two inches shorter, has more handles to grab for shoving the bag in overhead bins, and useful outside pockets (large, medium and small for things like boarding passes, gloves, etc. Best of all, the four independent wheels mean no more wrist and arm strain pulling the bag through long terminals or trying to maneuver through tiny bathroom stall doorways. Just get this bag!

It is light and functional. It has met my expectations and I am so pleased with the product. The only thing I would have liked is a small zippered compartment at the top of the top to hold an audio device. Similar to what I had in my previous rucksack.

This was a gift for my son who works for an investment banking firm. He is 24 and needed something for short business trips that looked professional and would hold shirts/shoes/socks, etc. He loves this piece! It is small enough to qualify as carry-on with no questions asked, is well made, and looks good. Seems very durable, too.

High quality Swiss Army. This is not the lower quality Wenger Swiss Army. Victorinox is the real thing. This bag is perfect for carry on and will wheel sideways down the plane aisle. It is a soft side model but still offers a structured frame on back and sides to protect contents.

I ordered this bag for my husband as a Christmas gift. I bought him a bag at the mall but once I got it home I didn't really care for it so I checked Zappos as a backup plan. First off, Zappos has the most incredible shipping. I can't say this enough. It came in 12 hours so I had the bag 3 days before the holidays. I ordered 2 others but this bag stood out for it's quality, workmanship, and design. The bag doesn't have any clips or zippers so it is extremely easy to open and close. There are magnets in the flap that make opening/closing this bag a cinch. Second, the bag is very sturdy. The bag has a harder outer shell which keeps the form of the bag in tact no matter what you put in it. My husband doesn't have to take a computer to and from work but he does use it to transport financial files. These fit easily into the bag and stay put. The bag isn't overly big which is another plus. It also has a long strap which lets you wear it messenger style. My husband is extremely pleased with the bag.
