I absolutely love these boots. I live in Michigan where we get quite a significant amount of snow and now I can't wait for that first snow fall to wear my new boots. I have worn them for numerous rainy sporting events for my kids and they keep my feet warm and dry. I did have to order a half size up, but everything else is perfect. They are worth the cost.

This has to be one of the most comfortable pair of boots I have ever owned. My mom bought a pair of these (otter color) after purchasing a pair for herself. They are super comfortable, stylish, warm, and waterproof; which is important for me since I live in Washington State where it rains 9 months out of the year. I love the sheepskin inside the boot since it keeps your feet warm, but does not overheat your feet or make them sweaty. These boots can be worn with thin or thick socks. You can also wear these boots with your pant leg tucked into the boot or worn out over the boot. This gives you two looks with one boot. These boots were the first pair of Uggs that I have owned and I am completely won over! I highly recommend these boots!

These boots saved my feet in the upstate New York weather where I go to school. They are perfect to wear in the snow because you won't slip as much. I usually wear a size 6 to 6 1/2 in sandals & flats and size 7 in boots and ordered it in size 7. It fits me perfectly when I wear them barefoot, however, I did find them to be a little tight when worn with socks so I guess you should order a size up.

For years I have resisted buying Ugg boots because of the price, but this year I have been trying to find boots for the upcoming winter with no success. Thank you Zappos for putting up with my many returns. Last December I had foot surgery and just can't wear shoes that require any breaking in. These boots are super comfy right out of the box. I ordered a 1/2 size up after reading the reviews, and I am glad I did because I can now fit thick socks in them if I want to, but I think my normal 9 1/2 would have fit just fine. These boots feel a little wide which is perfect for my feet, but if you have narrow feet they might not work for you.

Cute snow boot. These are warm, and I hope when the snow and ice start, they will keep me from a slip and fall this winter. I do wish the tongue of the boot was longer. When you stand up the fur lined sides cover your leg, the tongue is like 1.5 inches short, so the laces rest against your leg (which feels weird to me). This is not a problem if you keep the sides rolled down. These felt a little roomy. I usually wear a 5.5 or 6. I ordered the 6 and plan to wear them with thick socks.

I had these in my "favorites" for a year - I finally bought them a few days ago. They were delivered to my office (because that's the address I used). When I showed them to the 2 ladies I work with, they went online and purchased them, too! I ordered the "sand," and I love these boots. The best part is that they come in half sizes, which is unusual for Ugg brand. The color is true to the photo. I wear a 7.5 (without deviation), these were true to size. Comfortable, well-made. I hesitated for years to buy Ugg shoes because of the costs; however, when I relocated to IL/IA for my job. I learned quickly that Ugg is the only true brand that will protect your feet, keep them warm, and wrap them in comfort. Well worth the price and they look great. They are snug (not tight), but that's necessary to prevent blisters with shoes. The shearling is perfect, high quality! Needless to say, Zappos is fantastic. Well packaged, arrived the next day.

The boot is warm and comfortable. I now understand why a friend of mine goes out of his way to find shoes/boots with vibram soles. My feet stay warm. I do not have to wear ragg wool socks or skating socks with these boots to keep my feet warm. Love them!

I find the photo of the grey boot misleading, as far as coloration. In the photo the boot appears rather pink, with grey accents. Once the boot arrived I found that the boot was in fact light grey all over with darker grey accents.

This boot is not as stiff as it looks online, which is a good thing. It is very flexible and comfortable. The boot is definitely a half size small. The only downside to these boots is the sheepskin/wool lining, it seems quite thin inside the boot, nowhere near the thick pile in my other Uggs. I won't be able to tell if they keep me warm until winter. I hope they do! Otherwise, this is a good boot.

I bought these for an upcoming trip to Green Bay for a playoff game. Living in Dallas, this is not the type of boot that I would ordinarily need, and I didn't want to sacrifice style just to have toasty toes. I debated on keeping these, and after much waffling, these are going back to Zappos. Yes, my feet would be toasty. Yes, the boots are seriously comfortable. Yes, they are durable and well-made. But... and this is a big but for me... they are hideous. Beyond ugly. Surely there's something out there with form and function, and if anyone will have it, it'll be Zappos!

Purchased these in white and have never worn them without a compliment. They run true to size, so buy your regular Ugg size. They have stayed white and just wipe off clean. You can wear the wool folded down or up for a higher boot which I do often with skinny pants tucked in. I normally wear purely for fashion since the weather in Ohio was mild this year. Love them!

The Ugg is very warm comfortable and cute I love my boots. I bought them last year for my birthday and they are still new. I would recommend these boots to all my friends. Love them! Bought them in Sand last year, came back for another pair at the sale price. Love the purple color, so glad I went for it, it's really rich and stunning looking and goes with more than you would think! As with my previous pair, the boot is comfy, soft, warm and just wonderful. I would order my true size in this style. Cannot say enough great things about this boot and about Zappos!

After trying a bunch of different expensive boots this winter, I decided to get these in the sand color. I LOVE these boots! They are comfortable, stylish, warm, and flexible. The soles grip the ice better than all the other boots I've tried this year. I can wear them under or over my pants which is a nice option when you want to show off your good looking boots. The inside of these boots is so soft you could easily wear them without socks and not have the boot shaft hurt your leg at all. I did order a half size larger after reading all the reviews, and they fit perfectly. I tried Keens, which were a HUGE disappointment. I tried the Joan of Arctic Sorel which were really floppy. I tried many others, but none of them come close to these for comfort, or style. I have seen many ladies eying my boots every time I wear them. I just can't say enough wonderful things about these awesome boots. I'm so glad I bought these. Thank you Zappos for taking all my returns this year.

Had several issues with this order regarding size. Normally wear a size 8. That was too small, returned it for an 8.5. Too small as well. Finally got the 9 and that did the trick. Through it all Zappos stepped up to the plate re: customer service, etc. in stellar fashion. Thanks Zappos for your outstanding assistance as always!

My wife has been wearing Uggs Ultima boots since well before they were famous. Ugg does need to get its sizing act together as the correct size for you will vary between styles, and some times even between pairs in the same style. But when this happened, Zappos bent over backwards sending 3 pairs before we got the right size. I had ordered her another pair of Shearing Uggs at the same time in size 5, they were fine. The Adirondacks wound up being a six. These are very nice, comfortable. She loves them as well as the rest of her Ugg collection, and Zappos service is awesome.
