Overall:

I got these boots in red last winter and they're one of the best things I've ever purchased. They've held up really well and keep me warm. They feel like slippers, but look stylish and supply enough support for me. I get compliments from strangers which is always nice! The only complaint is minor: the ribbons are very long but can easily be fixed my trimming the ends then burning the tips.

I was disappointed in these shoes. They are completely cute but gave me such bad blisters I had to give them away. They are also quite heavy. The width is good, but toe box pinched my toes. Also, I love that these shoes are vegan, but the material they used seemed like it could peel away if they get snagged or caught on something, like an escalator. Too bad, I really wanted to like them!

Very cute. They do pinch your toes like another reviewer mentioned. I would get a half size or a full size bigger if I had the option. Other than that, the boots are very nice.

Overall:

This boot needs more explanation as to its look. It needs to be tied tightly around the knee to stay up if not it hangs around ankle. If you like a different style then most this is it. No padding.

AH-MAZE-ING!!! I LOVE these shoes! At first, I thought that the bow was a little much... but they are adorable and if ever I change my mind, hey, a little snip of the scissors will do the trick! They are too cute and they are so tall too! Hm. I am smitten! :-)

Super cute, but...Sweaty! Think of a Converse sneaker as a boot. They are comfy right out of the box, but as I said - it's basically a canvas sneaker in a boot. Even so, I kept 'em and got compliments all night! And then there's Zappos...They're about the closest thing you can get to instant gratification on the internet! If you order on a weekday, chances are you'll see a Zappos box on your porch the next day! I don't even buy shoes in person anymore.

I bought this boot because I thought it had a great look, and the tread sole would be great for wet weather. I wore them once, for a total of 4 hours. The boot was not nearly as comfortable as my Söfft or Easy Spirit boots, and my feet felt tired even in the short distances that I walked. Unfortunately, when I took them off, I noticed that the seam between the elastic gore sides and the leather was ripped open on one of the boots. This was right beneath the buckle, so it wouldn't have been noticeable (and is still unnoticeable) unless you put the boot on and leave it unstrapped. Since there is no zipper on the boot, you have to PULL on the elastic and leather in order to get the boot on and off. This is obviously no longer an option, unless I want the hole in the seam to get bigger, or to create new holes in the boots. I love Zappos’ customer service. Wish I could say the same about their craftsmanship. Not a wise purchase.

Fabulous Shoes!I LOVE my Sugar Montana boots! They are light weight, yet very comfy and of course stylish too! I get compliments everywhere I go. I've worn them every day for the last three weeks and they still look brand new :)

Lurvely buuts for deh winter thyme :)I got these boots for Christmas and so far I am in love! They are very warm and comfy. There's enough room to stuff flared jeans into the bottoms and the ribbon is cute and stays tied. As well the foot bit looks less flat in real life. The bottoms don't have much traction, but it doesn't really matter because hopefully you won’t be running in these. As well the bottoms are thin and there is no furry lining on the soles. A little arch support would have been nice, but they are super stylish; I got tons of compliments when I wore them to school today! ^.^

Way too small - These shoes are really cute, but much, much smaller than marked. I'm a consistent size 7, but could hardly get these on. After walking in them for just a little while I had huge blisters on my heels. I was hoping they can be stretched since I can't return them.

Chic!I ordered these shoes in purple and I love them!They’re incredibly warm and soft; no arch support, like with most Sugars, and these are definitely not suited to the rain in Southeast Alaska, so I've only worn them indoors, I ordered a size 8 1/2 first, which was too small. I would recommend ordering a half size larger than your actual size.

Comfy casual...A great vegetarian boot! My daughter got them in the olive color which is really brighter than what you would think. OMG! They were so cute that I had to get some, too. Got the black ones and the only thing I don't like are the pink lines around the edge... Sharpie to the rescue. We both ordered a size larger and were happy. Room for socks is a good thing. I wear a 10, got the 11, she's a 7, got the 7.5. Width for me was great, and again, very comfy to go with the cute.

Awesome boot but not for wet weather - I love this boot. It's comfortable, warm and totally cute. I prefer wide shoes but can usually get away with a medium if I go up a half size, but that wasn't necessary with these boots. Some may find them too wide but I love them!

So comfy and warm!I am really happy with this boot! It's really cute with jeans tucked into them and keeps my feet nice and warm. I would've given these boots five stars, but my only complaint is they aren't very supportive and I expected them to be a little heavier...but all and all...it is a good value for the price.

A size smaller than noted - I just loved these boots; I got them in the purple color. They are beautiful. But they truly were a full size smaller than my size 9 feet. I wanted to order 10s but they are OUT OF STOCK! Bummer.

I wanted a pair of simple black winter boots and when I saw these, I thought they would be perfect. I received them very quickly and found that they were not as great as they looked. They are the cutest boots, but their structure seems very cheap. They weigh hardly anything because the sole is simply made of styrofoam. It doesn't bend when I walk, leaving my heel to slip around on the inside. However, the inside is very soft and they keep my feet warm.

Great Boots!I'm moving soon to a very cold climate, and realized that it's hard to find boots in Florida for a cold climate. After finding Zappos.com, and then finding these boots, I was more than pleased with everything. The boots are so comfortable and I know that they'll be great when I move.

Totally cute - I wear either a 7 or a 7.5 and I definitely would need the 7.5 in this shoe. They're moderately comfortable and I think I'm going to exchange them for a size up.

Everyone notices them.Everyone says something about my boots when I wear them. I got them in red and they're incredibly flashy, but not too raunchy like most over-the-knee boots with heels. My only complaint is that it’s hard to get them to stay up. I tie the ribbon pretty tightly around the top to keep them above my knees and they always start falling after awhile. I also gave them a 4 on comfort because they have no arch support and I spend a lot of time on my feet.

Amazing!I love Sugar shoes and I love boots, so these are the perfect shoes! They are very comfortable and well built. I would recommend these shoes to anyone who loves cute boots with comfort!
