I am an active, athletic middle-age guy feeling the "expansiveness" of growing old. Ok, I admit that even thinking about ordering this product made me squeamish but I am pleased that I took the leap and placed an order. I have been pleased with the quality and fit of my "Spanx". The firm fit helps me remain comfortably in my jeans and dress pants as well as adding noticeable back support.
Brands I'd also recommend: Calvin Klein compression t-shirt.
