I have diabetic neuropathy in my feet, and these shoes are so comfortable, it is like walking on clouds after years of walking on glass. They fit perfectly, and they don't look like diabetic shoes. I won't wear anything else.

The shoe is fine but ended up being a little long for my foot, so I need to wear 2 pairs of socks. I also had hoped the shoe was going to have a little more arch support, my feet are very flat. I would definitely use Zappos again.

First of all, I replaced the insoles with cushioned sports insoles. Then, I replaced the factory laces (which I find too long) with oval, foam core laces. Lacing the shoes all the way across the top eyelets gave me a very secure fit. The result is excellent!

Great shoe! I have a wide foot; these are wide enough for me. I ordered the wrong size at first. I spoke to customer service and another pair was sent out, overnight! Best ever customer service, they are fantastic. Love Zappos.

I wear these as an umpire shoe. They have great stability and support. They are very comfortable and there is no break in period.

These are the worst NB shoes that I've ever bought! After 3 days, the back folded down while putting them on and stayed creased like there was cardboard in it. I'm so disgusted that I paid this much for such poor quality. Now I need a shoehorn each time to put them on.

I love New Balance because their narrow widths fit well. I wanted a sneaker for casual wear - painting outdoors long hours - and this shoe fits the bill. Very comfortable and light. My only complaint is that the trim looks cheap & plastic but overall a good buy.

Love these so much I bought a second pair. They look and feel well-made. No wearing-in time. I need wide shoes, but usually have a problem with wide sizes slipping on my heel. These hugged my heel comfortably. The lining fabric seems sturdy -- not that flimsy nylon flannel used in low-end shoes. They've got excellent "shock absorbers" for shoes of this price. I really hope they last a long time. On the pink ones, none of the pink parts are the same color -- in fact, the lace holes are purple -- but they all coordinate nicely and the shoes will match more clothes that way.

After years of wearing various New Balance shoes and loving them, this pair is worthless. My feet hurt! My arches are not supported, the shoe itself is falling apart after less than a month's use. The cushion is lacking (feels like cardboard). My Payless shoes are better than these!

This is same brand and a similar number to shoes presently wearing. My wife loves them. The shipping is quick and the return policy gave us a secure feeling that we could order them and not get stuck with a shoe if they turned out to be unsatisfactory.

These fit all right except that the tongue was too long. It kept hitting the front of my ankle.

I was hoping the pink would save these shoes. Unfortunately, they look like men's shoes. I bought them for nursing school because I needed all white leather. I feel embarrassed every time I put them on.

I'm on my feet all day at the hospital and this shoe is great! It's comfortable without being too "orthopedic" looking, which is hard to find in a comfortable wide white leather sneaker!

Just put these shoes on and they are like walking around in my slippers. I have diabetes so shoes and specifically how they fit are very important. These are fabulous. Looking forward to taking long walks. Thank you Zappos and NB!

This is a good pair of basic athletic shoes. I like the fact the shoes are not overly aggressive looking. They were true to size. If someone needs a lot of padding they may not like this shoe. I wear medium weight socks and find the shoes very comfortable, even with a mild neuropathy on my right foot.

These are great for the hospital! They're all leather, so they keep the gross stuff out, but they're super comfortable and supportive, which is essential if you're on your feet all day like I am! I'm not a huge fan of the all white, but we have to wear them for school. These are nice because there's a little color to break up the monotony, and they're not too orthopedic looking, which for a wide shoe in all white is hard to find!

I hoped these looked better in person but they definitely didn't - they looked terrible. (Was looking for a wide shoe that's lightweight for aerobics & cross training.) Also, no real cushion and boxy interior (as is common in New Balances).

These shoes were a gift for my mother. They definitely delivered -- fit, fashion and comfort. More money than I wanted to spend, but worth it since they were so high quality.
