I kept shying away from these shoes even though I was looking for a flat dress shoe I could wear to work. I think it is simply because I'm accustomed to a pointed toe shoe design and anything else appears 'clunky'. But I've come to realize that even though I wear a narrow, I need a design with a wide toe box -- with age, my feet have spread such that I truly cannot wear pointed toe shoes. These are ideal. Quite attractive in person and extremely comfortable. The shoes hug my narrow heel and allow plenty of wiggle room for my toes. Perfect fit.

I am totally enamored by this shoe. It is comfort and support plus. I wear them all day every day. I can't remember having shoes that I could "shop till I drop."
Brands I'd also recommend: No other brands...I am a Munro person through and through.

I wear a hard-to-find size (11 1/2) and have problem feet. These shoes are so comfortable, I almost wept with joy. I have been limited to sandals and sneakers for quite awhile -- or pain. They look very nice with dressy slacks, even nicer than in the picture. I will be buying more Munro American shoes! Thank you for making such a good product in so many sizes.

These are very comfortable, flexible shoes, yet a little dressy with jeans or even a skirt. The toe box is nice and roomy, ready to wear without needing to break them in. The heel is just high enough to make the shoes stylish. I have a high instep, and the elastic makes them fit just right. They did not have my size in the brown, but I have worn the black many times and would recommend these shoes for anyone who wears orthotics. It is mice to see more shoes than just gym shoes for those of us that need the inserts. As always, Zappos delivers within the next day or two.

After years of cramming my feet into shoes 1/2 size too small or slipping out of shoes 1/2 size too big, I have finally found a shoe that fits like a glove. I have problem feet, 10.5 wide and have custom orthotics. These shoes are the first shoes in years that I can wear every day and never have any pain or tiredness in my feet. I work in a business environment and these go great with my work slacks. As others have said, they also pair well with jeans, making them very versatile. All in all, a great shoe. This is a very attractive shoe on the foot considering that it does appear to be clunky looking. The toe box is roomy and the support throughout the shoe is terrific. However, I'm sending the Cheryl back because no matter what I tried I could not keep my heels from slipping when I walked around on the carpet. I've worn Munro before and I will try other styles until I find the one that's right for my feet.
