I love these boots! They are my absolute favorites! I wanted a pair of gray boots, but I decided that late in the season and didn't think I'd find any. These are nice quality, soft, comfortable, and lovely. I ordered these in a wide, but they still fit pretty narrowly. I also wish the zipper was on the side. Bending to zip forces a person to push their leg back, making it difficult to zip past the ankle. Once I get past that though, they zip well.

This boot is not as narrow as it says. In a size 11, the calf measures 17", not the 14" listed. I returned it because it wouldn't fit my chicken legs.

These boots were extremely cozy and comfortable, but I was just not a fan of the style. The leather is rather dull, the toe is a bit too rounded, and the sole is a little too clunky. The effect was more casual than what I was going for and almost looked like a rainboot. The foot bed was well-cushioned and the shaft was lined in a flannel-like material. These might actually be nice to wear for commuting on foot in colder weather, but were just not something I'd want to wear once I got to the office.

Nice boot, good leather, comfortable, but I had the same problem as other reviewers, and neither of two pairs I tried was the advertised 13 1/2 in. circumference. I was told by a very nice person at Zappos that they're handmade and can vary in circumference, so they sent me a second pair to try, but it wasn't any better. There seem to be so many women with slender legs who can't find boots that fit - why isn't someone catching on the potential market that's out here?

Love, love, love these boots. Comfy from the first time I wore them. Can be dressed up or down. The shaft is snug, but I have muscular calves. Beautiful boot for a wide, big foot.
