Overall:

Zappos was my last hope to find a jacket my daughter wanted for the holidays. Zappos cam through and everyone is happy now.

I purchased this for my daughter and she loves it. We both love hoodies, and this one is great for layering under jackets because it's not too heavy. It has a little more style than some hoodies. Her friends told her, "Your mom always buys you such great stuff". Size medium was perfect for 5'9" and 140 lbs. As always, Zappos shipping is the best, I bought it 3 days before Christmas and had it in plenty of time!

Not soft - I ordered the grey sweatshirt, and the color was nice - as pictured - but the fit was a little odd and the fabric was NOT comfortable. It is very long in length, but seemed to have a pretty straight profile. The fabric was not soft on the inside, not comfortable to wear, and without much stretch. I tried it on with a short sleeve shirt and was very irritated by the feel of the fabric inside. I wear a sweatshirt for comfort, so this one is heading back.

This was a gift for my son who is quite particular in what he likes. He loved the shirt. It is stylish, soft and warm. It was washes very well without much wrinkling. Great buy and great service as usual from Zappos.

The order came super fast. My son was so happy when he opened the box. I ordered the shoes and found out that these were the same exact shoes that he was wanting without knowing. He loves these shoes, since he has really big feet and they are so comfortable and fit really good.

This jacket looked better on me in person than it did in the model. I have very long arms and broad shoulders, so coats tend to be short on me, but this jacket is definitely long enough. It's soft and comfortable, and very cozy-classy on. It clasps down a little low at the neckline so if you're wearing a necklace, it shows. It's not a winter jacket, definitely for fall. The wind cuts through it if it's really cold.

Adorable bag! I picked it for the cross body strap, but it's super cute with the strap off, too. Material looks and feels like a real supple leather, not cheap at all. Only problem is that you have to wrap the snaps around the handles to securely close the bag. Great purchase, very happy!

The weather in sunny So. Cal doesn't get cold very much, but when it does this sweater is perfect. Really cute! Looks just like the photo. And you'll get it in no time with the speedy delivery of Zappos!

Love this bag! Super lightweight, really roomy, just enough pockets, cute interior lining. I cant get enough of this bag! I use it all the time, and am pretty sure I will be getting another one for future use once this one dies. It's casual for daily use, but in no way looks sloppy or boring. I was a little worried that there would be cracking/peeling of the material or unraveling of the stitching, but I've been using this bag every day for almost two months, and its still in perfect shape. If you are even remotely thinking about getting this bag, you really must do it! It's awesome and you won't regret it .

These are too cute. I bought this in the dark purple and I love it! It's a cool hoodie a 40 year old can wear without looking like I'm trying to be 20 and I still look stylish. They are substantially thick, thicker than my other hoodies but not heavy fleece hot.

I bought this as a gift and was pleasantly surprised. The color (iris) is pretty and exactly as depicted; the fabric is higher quality than I'm used to seeing in a hoodie, thicker than most and soft but with a relatively tight weave. It gives the impression of durability as well as style. It is also cut well, with a flattering fit. I was proud to wrap this one and put it under the tree.

This is a very nice jacket, but it is a little narrow in the waist. I would recommend that you buy it in a lager size than you normally would do. I like it very much and the best thing is that it not short in length.

Just want for people to be aware that although Element makes cool stuff, I bought a bag through Zappos from their company that both zipper and handle fell apart in a short period of time without being able to then fix and replace it.

I really like this jacket. It's a nice light weight and perfect for the winters we have down here. It also fits beautifully. I especially appreciate the shaping at the waist and elbows, which keeps it from looking slouchy and casual. The only thing that does not fit are the sleeves, which are about six inches too long. This is a size Large and I'm only 5'1". That size is easily remedied by spending an hour or so with a needle and thread. The result is definitely worth the effort.

I love Zappos. It's the least stressful way to purchase shoes and purses. If you are not happy with your purchase, it's absolutely no problem to return them for free and try something different. I like the shirt a lot; I prefer to wear my shirts untucked and it's a bit long. But the material is soft and thicker, not one of those thin cotton shirts.

Of course I bought this fedora because its name is Rochelle same as my wife's. She loves it; keeps off the rain and snow and helps keep that 80% heat inside her head where it belongs (not that she's a "hot head"). I goofed a bit and instead of buying small as I should have, got a "one-sizer" which is a bit big. Great material, nice style, only slips during the really big winds.

My daughter (11 years old) saved up to purchase this hat for herself and she loves it! She's picky! It fits her, it fits me. Looks great on her, great on me. It's soft, comfy, and lightweight. It looks exactly as it does in the picture and looks very flattering on anyone who has tried it on. Also, Zappos is a great company to deal with. I have dealt with them in the past and have very much enjoyed dealing with them. They have been very fair and honest with me, ship fast and dealt with a complaint I had once immediately and way beyond my expectations. Way to go Zappos!
