I ordered the first pair and it ran small so I was sent a larger size. I was unable to get a secure fit and my foot slid side to side. I think I'm sticking with the ecco's that have the ankle straps. I'm returning. They shoe is a great looking shoe though.

Because of cool weather, I haven't worn these shoes much yet, but they feel very comfortable and just what I wanted. My feet are narrow, so the velcro straps work well for me. I ordered a size smaller than normal, and they fit perfectly. I have nothing but rave reviews for Zappos. Their customer service is so amazingly wonderful. It's obvious they really care about their customers.

You can't beat the price for this very comfy sandal. Fits excellent, feels like a pillow for the feet. Thanks Zappos for outstanding customer service. Five stars! Only 12 hours from order to the front door. Wow!

This may not be the most stylish looking sandals but they are definitely among the most comfortable. The straps adjust nicely for my narrow feet and the padding makes for easy walking all day long. You can always count on ECCO!

Love this shoe, from the moment I put it on my feet, they said: "ah, comfy" and all through the day too. I love the combination of super comfy without a heavy orthopedic look! I have large medium width feet (size 11) and these fit perfectly. The adjustable straps mean I can loosen some if I want but the shoe stays securely on my foot when I walk.

I have had more comfortable sandals from Ecco in the past. I think the three straps are not as comfortable as a solid upper piece might be. They are not that cute either. They are just okay to me. The price was right, I guess.

I tried this style mainly so that I could use my own orthodic insole; they do fit in the sandals. The velcro straps allowed me to adjust the fit to my foot. I find it works well for me.
