Great boot, but the shipping was unbelievable. Ordered it at 5 pm on Thanksgiving; they where here at 2 pm the next day. Unreal service. I never write reviews either, my first.

I ordered a pair of Dr. Marten 1460 off Zappos. Not really sure what to expect, I was a bit hesitant to place my order from the internet. Then my worries came true. The package that was supposed to be delivered didn't make it or got lost. I called the same night and spoke to a customer service representative and explained what happened. Not only did she send me a replacement pair, it was delivered to my door the next day. Talk about wow, excellent customer service. Oh by the way, the product is great, fits really well and you can expect more orders from me in the future.

I ordered these boots the week of my birthday with no intentions of actually receiving them in time. When they arrived about 4 or 5 days after I ordered them, I was pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately, I discovered that the size I ordered was too big, and I was reluctant to send them back just because I wanted to wear them immediately. When I finally worked up the nerve to call the Zappos help line, the person I spoke to was extremely courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. She made me a V.I.P. member and informed me that my new shoes would be sent to me the following day. I couldn't believe it! I wear these shoes every day and am so glad I chose to buy them from Zappos.com. I will definitely be shopping here in the future. Thank you!

Holy Cow, these boots are awesome! I don't usually like to pay more than like $60-70, but had been having trouble finding something I liked and went with these Dr. Martens. Let me tell you, these are the most comfortable boots I've ever had. They're snug where they need to be and padded everywhere inside, even the footbed. They're easy to get on and off and very stylish, too.

These shoes are great! I've always wanted to get a pair of Dr. Martens shoes, but always worried about paying this much for them. These shoes are completely worth it. I am a zookeeper and these shoes are exactly what I need for my daily routines. The steel toes are great, the padding on the inside of the shoes are very comfortable, and it makes my feet very comfortable. Don't hesitate on getting these boots for work; they are completely worth it. Also, it only took 2 days for me to receive my boots from Zappos.com. That was one of the quickest internet transactions I've ever had. I was able to wear the boots to work the next day. Great boot and great site!

I love these boots! They are so comfy and I can actually fit my pants inside them. Normal boots don't usually fit my muscular calves, but these are amazing! I definitely recommend them to everyone!

I like how wide the front of the shoe is because I have a wide foot. I like the style and comfort. I don\\\'t like that there is very little arch support. I bought after market orthotics to provide support.

Very comfy - These are very comfortable, great casual boots for fall. I normally wear a 7.5, so I ordered size 8 and they fit fine with a mid-weight or thick sock. I didn't rate them 5 for looks because they are very wide around the leg and they look lumpy under all but the widest boot-cut pants. Much better on top of your jeans.

A very comfortable shoe, but the upper is a bit less sturdy than I expected. Still, I do a lot of walking in this shoe, and my feet feel fine afterward. Overall, I\'m happy with them.

I bought these shoes for my boyfriend because he is in restaurant management and is on his feet all day. He has been through countless pairs of shoes because after only a few months, the soles of all those "other" shoes start getting holes in them from wear. We could tell from first glance that these shoes were different. The soles are nice, thick, and of high quality and my boyfriend loved them from the first time he put them on. It is now about a month-and-a-half later and the shoes still look brand new with no signs of wear. For the money, these shoes are an excellent deal.

I have worn Dr. Martens for years, and unfortunately it\'s time to move on. The quality just isn\'t there anymore since the production has shifted to China. The sole separated on this pair within only a few weeks of wear. I bought the Perry model last year, and the sole literally rotted away in less than a year. While my old made in England Dr. Martens just seem to last forever.

I have owed a pair of these boots for 6 years and they are just now wearing out on the front. I wear them every day in very rough situations. Digging, plumbing, concrete work and for six months shoveling and kicking rock loose everyday. These boots are the toughest thing I have ever seen.

These insoles actually fit the inner dimensions of the shoes without having space for insoles to float or move around. You can tell that these are made for the shoes and not some cheap pair of insoles off the shelf. These are the only insoles that are worth putting in a pair of Dr. Martens.

Overall these shoes do not live up to the Doc Marten image. While they look nice at first, I am starting to regret buying them. They are a poor quality imitation of the real deal. First the leather quality is clearly cheap. Since I bought them the leather has stretched significantly, making the shoe uncomfortable to wear. 2nd the construction is also sub par. The sole looks deformed because it was unevenly cut around the edge. On top of that, the stitching is starting to come undone after just 2 months. The sole is also much harder than the original, and does not wear as well. I barely wear them any more because they actually hurt my feet when walking or standing for periods of time. Personally I would never buy another Doc Marten shoe.

Good boots, they break in fast, look great. They feel a bit loose, but are still comfortable. They do scuff easily, so if your looking for a durable work boot, they may not be the best choice.

If you think they are not comfy, don't return it right off the bat. They are not comfortable fresh out-of-box. They need to be properly broken in. Wear them every day, 7 days a week. I promise you, after the first week you'll love them! All my shoes are in size 9 (US). Following the instruction, US9 = UK8 for men. However, UK8 is a little big for me. So, UK8 and US9 are not equivalent. If it's the case, get the Dr. Martens' insole. Perfectly fit now! Enjoy your durable Dr. Martens!

I ordered these shoes a few weeks ago and have found them to be very comfy. If you\'ve never worn Docs before, you\'ll have to get used to the heaviness of the shoe. I wore them in high school so I knew what to expect. The shoes are a lovely tan, which will match a variety of colors. They look great with jeans and cords. I\'ve gotten several compliments on them so far. \r\nAs far as sizing, I normally wear a 9 in most shoes and ordered the UK 7 (U.S. 9) and they\'re a perfect fit. I also have very narrow feet, not sure if this was a factor. Looking forward to wearing them when it gets colder.

These boots take a long time to break in, but are sexy and durable. I love the grips on the bottom of the boots; that's hard to get in a ladies' boot.

I initially ordered boots a size too big, and when I called to get help processing the return the customer service rep was very helpful and pleasant. She had the replacement boots shipped out overnight, so I had the boots I wanted and only had to drop off the return at the UPS Store. It was a great shopping experience. I was able to get English-speaking customer service and a great product at a competitive price.

Love these shoes! Chunky and comfortable, yet the straps and contour give it a feminine side. As I have gotten into my 40s, my feet have been giving me more problems, and I need to have decent arch support and cushion. I searched high and low, and for the price, these are great shoes that I will be wearing for a very long time. Runs 0.5 size large. I usually wear a US 7.5, but I ordered a US 7, and they are perfect!

I own several pairs of Dr Martens boots. I could not wait to get these! They are super cool and the glow so bright! But every time I have worn these boots for any time more than an hour, I get huge blisters on my heels. I would not plan on wearing these any more than an hour and not walking in them much for more than 1/2 hour! They are very cool, though, and I get a lot of compliments on them!

These shoes are absolutely worth every penny and then some! I purchased them because I work in a place that is nothing but concrete. Even my best shoes didn\'t withstand that. My feet and legs hurt all the time. Since I got these shoes I have not had one bit of pain. They are awesome!
