I love that this belt is seamless so you can wear it under a sweater without an awkward bulge. Definitely size down to wear a natural waist for dresses, though. Despite what the Cole Haan website says this is not actually waist sizing. My waist at the thinnest is 24½" and this belt fits me at the hips in the XS. My only major complaint is the insane amount of packaging Zappos put this in. This belt is thin (a good thing that makes it seamless) and could have fit in an envelope. Instead Zappos put it it a box big enough for a pair of boots and stuffed it with paper. I thought that this was really wasteful. I would feel better about ordering online if it was not so bad for the environment.
