I just received these today. I immediately noticed how heavy they were. They are also incredibly difficult to get on and off. I am sending them back. On the positive side, the suede is beautiful and the toe box is roomy and comfortable.

I now have 5 pairs of Blundstones, and though I love them all, these are not as comfortable as the others. Seem to be narrow compared to all my others. As far as looks go, I love the suede, but the color of the suede does not match the stretchy insert on the sides. Not a big deal since you usually won\'t see the stretchy part, but I still wish it matched better.

Second pair - Recently bought a pair of 550's, my first Blundstones. Later saw the 065's. Bought them also. Out of the box the 065's felt more comfortable (probably because of the more flexible suede), also the sole is thinner and flatter than the 550's. I did not find the 065's too narrow as indicated by another reviewer. Again this may due to the more flexible suede. The 065's were 10s (11 US), whereas the 550's are 10.5s (11.5US). Again the smaller size worked with the 065s because of the suede and its square unreinforced toe. While I haven't had them long enough to assess durability, the 065's just don't look as durable as the 550's or they appear more adept to urban versus work and trail use. The 065's don't feel any heavier than the 550s and both are much lighter than any other boots I have experienced. Hopefully both models will work as advertized as I like walking, but I have lower back problems. Also, there was a complaint about difficulty in putting the 065s on. The boots are lined with soft leather like the 550s, and don't seem to be too difficult to put on.

Love the boots! I bought a pair of patent black leather Blundstones 10 years ago and because they had no more tread left, I decided that I needed another pair. Love the new pair, as good as the last pair. I recommend the boots because they are tough and look dressy! Good on ya!

The size chart told me to go with size 5 if I'm a "big" US size 7 but it was totally wrong. Size 5 is a full size too large; I need a 4, not even a 4.5. Other than sizing, a great shoe - comfortable, well constructed, etc. I'm re-ordering in a different size.

Great comfortable boots. No breaking in time needed at all. However, if you don't care for cleaning your boots every day, go with the leather, not suede, as the suede requires more care.

Great shoe. Original fit was a little small for me; I exchanged for half a size bigger. Zappos service can't be beat. I will always shop here first.
