Love these shoes, bought four pair and I am in love. I did go down half a size as per the postings and they fit like a glove. The red is gorgeous and I get a ton of compliments on them. I also bought black pebble, gold and silver. Zappos is the best, and these shoes are top notch.

I absolutely love, love, love these shoes! I would definitely recommend going down have a size. I'm a true 10 and I had to get these in a 9 1/2. I also have to be really careful when picking out heel because of to my dam ugly bunion! Lucky for me these stretched and were comfortable enough to wear out for an evening with out bothering or causing any pain for my bunion.

I ordered these shoes to wear on my wedding day - I was going to make ruby red slippers myself but then I saw this pair in a department store and I loved the grown-up look. Unfortunately, they didn't have my size so I went straight to Zappos - they had my size, they were cheaper, and they gave me free overnight shipping. Can't beat that! The heel is a little taller than what I am used to, but the shoe is comfortable and I haven't had any trouble with blisters. Because of the tall heel, a lot of pressure goes to the ball of the foot, so I'll probably add some small gel pads to help me stay comfortable throughout the day. I saw some reviewers thought the peep-toe was too roomy, but I didn't have any trouble with it. Just a tip - it's not a good idea to wear pantyhose or tights with these, your foot will slide through the peep-toe. Since they are open-toe, I went a half size smaller than I normally wear and they fit perfectly.

Definitely a half size larger than marked. Heel size is nice, sexy but not too uncomfortable. Red is somewhat conservative, would be work appropriate at my job. Would recommend, but definitely would order a half size smaller.

Really great shoes! I am not a high-heel shoe person, but I needed something fun for a wedding, and these were perfect. I actually kept them on much longer than planned, even through some dancing. I did put in a foot cushion at the ball of my foot, which helped out too. They are really pretty on, and were perfect to add something special to my LBD.

I tried these on in a grey color that I didn't buy a few months ago. Then I had an event coming up where I needed simply chic black pumps. I ordered the black with metallic on them, but they didn't arrive in time for my event (my fault for ordering with regular shipping 2 days before I needed them, Zappos has great delivery and its free!). I bought the black patent ones to wear that night and the ones I ordered from Zappos arrived the next day. I love them so much that I'm keeping both pair! I danced the night away in these shoes...after 8 hours in them, they are a bit painful. But they're perfect for a date, special event, or business casual days. Love them. Love BCBGeneration. Love Zappos.

These are really beautiful shoes, however, the opening for the toes is very wide and my foot slid forward to where my toes were not even on the sole and there was a gap at the heel. Not sure if ordering a smaller size would have helped, but I doubt it. They are really great looking shoes, just didn't fit well.

Beautiful shoes - Very stylish and versatile. Can be worn with jeans, work outfits, evening dresses. I'd recommend getting some cushioned gel pads for the "toe box" since the toe hole is wide and your foot may slip a bit. Heel is a great height - not too tall, not too short.

After reading the reviews I purchased both an 8 and a 7.5, as I typically wear and 8 but do have some shoes in a 7.5. After trying them on, the 7.5 just fit better, although I could have gotten away with the 8. I wore these to a wedding, and generally I don't wear high heels. After standing for multiple hours and dancing, I must say that my feet did not hurt after I got home or the next day. No blisters or any rubbing either. I was actually quite surprised. Also I got multiple compliments on this shoe, I would definitely recommend it to others.

I got this shoe in the red (which is smokin' hot!) and the black. My size, 5.5 was true to fit, although I think it would benefit from a small arch support. They are comfortable and the perfect height. Love them, worth every penny.

First, let me tell you...I live in a small community & the nearest mall is 1.5 hrs away. I thought I'd give Zappos a try for the first time. My niece is getting married in 2 weeks and I needed some HOT red shoes for my dress. These shoes are SMOKIN'! The service at Zappos is the best I've ever had - hands down! I ordered a size 7.5, my normal size. I ordered my shoes on Tuesday and received them on Wednesday - too big. Returned them on Wed, received on Thurs - no questions asked. BEST SERVICE EVER! These shoes higher than I normally wear. Wore them to a wedding. My feet did hurt by the end of the night, but next time I will wear them with inserts and they should be fine.

What a beautiful shoe! I bought it in Red and it\'s even more beautiful in person than it was online. It\'s such a deep and rich wine color. I tried it on and it was so comfortable to walk in. I wear a size 5, which was what I ordered and this shoe ran a little big so I added the gel inserts and it now fits perfectly. I would also recommend scuffing it at the bottom because it is a little slippery. This is the second time I\'ve ordered from Zappos and I absolutely love this website! I ordered this shoe Friday evening and received it on Monday, and the whole time I received e-mails updating me on the progress. Once they get this shoe in a size 5 in black, I will get another one!

I definitely recommend these shoes! I loved them. They were very comfortable and was able to dance the whole night at a wedding with them. I just wish they had a little more arch support. I have high arches and it's hard to get any support; even with arch supports they didn't come close to supporting my foot but even with that I was able to wear them all night long. I loved these shoes and received many compliments on them.
