Love this shoe but I need more support for my high arch. The shoe is very cute and trendy and overall very comfortable :) And if you don't need much arch support then you will love this shoe.

I purchased these boots for my husband who has balance problems due to a bad knee. When he put them on and started to walk in them, he told me they felt amazing and it centered his balance. We don't know how a boot could do that, but it did. They look stylish, don't look large and clunky and the quality is really nice.

These are lovely shoes, but the front of the shoes, as others have noted, is an uncomfortably snug fit. I am normally an 8½ and these are 8½. I might try the 9 but they are fine in the width and length.

These are great shoes but NOT true to size. They run about a half size small --unless you intend on wearing them with dress socks and not for hiking. I am a perfect 7 and the 7 hit my toes at the end; the 7.5 was perfect with the correct socks for hiking. It’s like walking on pillows. But order a half size up.

Most comfortable shoe I have owned. I also got a brown shoe in this brand, and will looking at future purchases from Ahnu brand. Fits true to size & provides hours of comfort. I prefer these shoes over sneakers now. Love them & definitely going to purchase others in the near future.

I bought these shoes to have light weight waterproof shoes to wear in London in April. So far I have worn them around rainy Vermont. They are perfect. They are comfortable and extremely light on my feet! The only drawback is that they are a little tight in the heel, but with a little wear they are starting to feel great!

This boot is great - no breaking, fit like a glove, good traction, dry feet, easy to wear all day.

These are my first pair of running shoes in a long time, and they're great. The reason they're great is because I've been running on frozen, snow and ice-crusted trails in 10-30 degree weather for the last month, and the Ahnu's provide a nice stable base with enough cushion, traction and protection to deal with the terrain. Additionally, the "hydrophobic" material has kept my feet warm and dry. My only complaint is that the achilles tendon padding took about 3 long walks to break-in before I could start putting on the miles. In short, these rule as a winter walking/jogging shoe. I'm guessing they'll feel a little heavy and hot when warmer weather returns, but they seem durable enough to last a few winters if I switch shoes in the summer.

I am getting one of each color. I love the comfort and look of these boots. My goal was to find a boot that could look nice when out and about and then when I get home I want to be able to pop out of the car and run/play with my kids outdoors. I tried about 12 different styles and this fit my bill.

This is the most incredibly cushioned sole I've ever stepped in. I wish I could keep them but there is something about the way all Ahnu shoes fit me that they don't hold my heel in and then my toes slide a bit to the front. I have another pair that does the same thing and I tried to live with them but it really isn't okay. I wish I could wear these shoes, but have to send them back. If your heel is a bit wider (I have average feet), I think these would be a dream.

I have a very wide foot and usually wear Tevas these are very light but did have a little chaffing around the toe areas.

I first bought these on Amazon and it appeared that I got boots from two different pairs as one was at least ¼" wider, measured from the seam. This was really noticeable in the wearing as my forefoot was not stable in the right boot. I sent them back and ordered on Zappos, which resulted in the same thing! One of the boots is visibly wider if you compare them side by side. I love Ahnu and have two other pair of flats but this shows very poor quality control, especially in hiking boots where fit really matters and you want a consistent fit on both feet. My husband got the Mens version and he loves them. I am going to try another color - black looks to be slightly different leather - and see if it makes a difference. The one that fits feels great!

Comfortable (and feather weight) right out of the box, but like others have said: no cushion under the ball of the foot, even with my Superfeet inserts. Had to return.

I do a lot of winter hiking and this is a very comfortable shoe. It has a wide toe box so it can accommodate a foot warmer and also my superfeet. It is a warm shoe and so far proved to be waterproof. Good grip on the soles as well.

Cute and classy. Liked the look and feel of the thin strap with hidden velcro. Loose on the heel and tight across the metatarsals. Not comfortable if you have bunions. No arch support.

Toe box has room which I need. Wish I had been able to purchase gray but the size was sold out.

Love this boot. Reliable hiking boot for the day hiker -- and the blue looks great with jeans.

I received these shoes and was very pleased with the look and quality. However, when I tried them on, the right shoe caused pain in the heel and big toe. I am returning this pair but will order another pair as I think perhaps it was a defect in workmanship. The left shoe seemed perfect, so I will give these shoes another shot.

Great shoes! Well made and comfortable. They are a nice compromise between sports shoes and dressy flats, simple enough to be worn with pretty socks but still dressy enough to be striking. That broad, flattened toe also makes your feet look a size smaller! Other comment that you should not remove the liner because it is a basic part of the structure of the shoe is right on. My first Zappos purchase and I am already a loyal Zappos customer!

I bought these shoes because of their many great reviews. Yes, they are nice looking shoes, waterproof, and lightweight. But I have never had a pair of shoes rub the back of my heels so badly. My first hike with these was about 3 miles. I was uncomfortable almost immediately. They rubbed my heels raw. So I waited a week before putting them on again, the next time my heels were a bloody mess. It was complete agony. I do not have money to be throwing away, what should be good shoes. So I have taken scissors to the back of the shoe to alleviate some of the pressure on my heel. I have not really tried them out since altering. I am still healing. If I could give some advice to anyone interested in these shoes - Merell is a better brand and more worth the money, without the pain. I will not make this mistake again.

Super cute and super comfy. I ordered these and returned them only because I thought I needed a different type of boot for the trip I was embarking upon. But super comfy.
