My wife got me these trainers as a Christmas gift. My old training shoes that are a different brand were showing their age and wear. 10/10 these do not disappoint and are more comfortable than the other brands I owned. I am a converted adidas customer for life now.

Comparing these to the dropset 3. (assuming they're showing my pic, some of them haven't been posting lately)
They look like they're the same size but these are definitely a lot tighter around my toes when I put them on. The bottom part is wider, but the toe box on top isn't as wide as the bottom and it looks like there may be like an eighth of an inch difference, but for me that's enough to wanna go up a half size. I alternate between circuit training and HIIT and the dropset 3s are great for circuit training because they give more stability when I'm lifting heavy, but there's not much cushion in the heel and that's where these come in. Just from me briefly walking around to test out the fit I could tell that these feel more like a running shoe because of the way the heal gives when I put weight on it. So I'll stick with the 3s for the circuit training, but these will be better for HIIT.

I have a flat foot so theres a bit too much arch support for me. However, theyre very good for HIIT workouts.

This shoe is perfect for HIIT-style workouts and body weight workouts on any surfaces. It feels solid and stable yet flexible enough. It's also good enough for short distance running and lifting moderate weights. The quality is excellent. My only complaint is about the fit around the toes. There's a bit extra space all around toes, even with thick socks. As a result, that area lacks support and confidence. It doesn't match the otherwise snug fit of the rest of the shoe. This can be annoying sometimes.
