I am returning due to the color being lighter than I expected.

Perfect fit, soft bouncy step, great support.

I so badly wanted to keep these shoes, but after several tries of both the medium width and the wide width, the fit was still not great for me. The cushioning was awesome, but after about 2 miles the left shoe rubbed on my sole creating a callous. If you don't have wide feet, these sneakers would be perfect! I was very disappointed to have to return them.

These are so cute!!! They are also great for running!!!

Very comfortable right out the box I have PF and this keeps me without pain and discomfort during the day

I am so sad to have to return these. They fit true to size and width. I’m struggling with ball of foot pain so they don’t work for me now. If my foot was fine, I’d for sure keep them because otherwise they are very comfortable!

I've been using Brooks for 15 years, and this is the first time I've had my heel come out of the shoe.

Didn't care for the color

Unfortunately, the heel cup was too low, therefore rubbing, on both pairs I ordered. Returned.

I have been wearing Glycerin's for years and this shoe is very clunky and uncomfortable compared to all my other Glycerin's. Sadly - they aren't for me this time.

I have always bought Brooks Adrenaline or Ghost but honestly the colors offered in my width (wide) were not attractive IMO. I thought I would give the Glycerin a try and am glad I did. They are wide and comfy and the color is pretty. I wish more shoe manufacturers would start offering more vibrant colors for wider feet instead of basic black or white.

First time buyer. Love them. Super comfortable.

I can’t even describe to you how picky I am about shoes. I’m on my feet all day and these are by far the most comfortable pair of shoes I own. They are well worth the money.

There was not enough arch support and the shoe was too soft.

I am so on the fence about these sneakers. The 7 1/2 was a good fit, but the medium width was too narrow - it left a callous on the right sole of my left foot after wearing for 2 days for my 2.5-mile walk. I sent those back and reordered the wide and only wore them for one day. I loved the cushioning for my walks - I am usually a Brooks Ghost wearer. I sent back the Wide width Glycerin but am thinking about trying them again for at least 2-3 walks. Since the cushioning seems so good, I don't want to give up too easily! Zappos is so good about returns that I am grateful to be able to try the different sizes.

True to size and most comfy shoe by Brooks for me so far! Super cushioned. I always wear a 1/2 size up in Brooks so this was no surprise to me and was a perfect fit. Plenty of room in the toe box but not too much. I have an average width foot. My next pair will the black ones and possible also some Ghost max! Zappos super shipping was also a plus because i was headed out of town the next day!

Liked, but needed more space for my toes. Felt like they were cramped. And I'm not a wide foot person.

Comfortable right out of the box and great for wearing on my very long days of walking during an international trip.

Soles are as hard as bricks! Loved the style but couldn’t get past the hardness of the sole.

The 10mm heel toe stack was helpful for heel issues. The insert is removeable for custom insert. The cushion is a medium firm. I have a narrow foot and feel this shoe runs narrow. If you have a medium width...may need to consider a wide.

Love the comfort of these shoes but am going to try a wide. My walk is so nicely cushioned and am liking that, but by the end of 2.5 miles, one of the shoes rub a bit on the side of the sole. Hoping the wide takes care if that issue, or maybe I just need to break in the ones I have a bit more. Either way, I am a fan of these Brooks sneakers! I also wear the Ghost version, and those are also one of my favorites, but have less cushioning.

Everything about this shoe is great. It fits perfect for a wide foot and they are light-weight. They feel like you are walking above the earth on air when you first put them on.

Kayano are my normal shoe of choice. This one is comparable. Beautiful shoe and so comfortable. I wanted this one for my sometimes work shoe. Ultimately went with the slightly less but still highly functional 21 version as it was on sale for much less. I will be back for this one though. It is perfection.

These shoes were for my daughter. She felt they were too tight in the back of the shoe.
