As someone who needs ankle support for aerobic and hiit classes these are perfect. I've tried numerous other brands over last few years and I have at last found the best pair!

True to size, comfortable right out of the box. Great for strength training (BODYPUMP) and cardio classes (BODYCOMBAT). I wear a size 9 in shoes and prefer to order 1/2 size larger with gym shoes, so I ordered a 9.5. They fit great!

So comfy and plenty of padding! I love the colour of these too.

Bought this pair for my girlfriend for Christmas, she HIIT trains 3 days a week. She said it feels great and stable, and great support underfoot... Made me want to buy a pair for myself

I needed a new pair of trainers and was on the fence about getting either these, or the drop set 3. I have the original drop set trainer shoes and loved them and wore them out. I decided to go with these as I had changed my training program and felt these would be better suited for my needs. They did not disappoint at all. The comfort, protection, and stability are unmatched. Im going to be ordering a second pair to have for when these wear out, they are my new favorite next to the drop set trainers. 5 stars to adidas for once again knocking it out of the ballpark with training shoes. Ive owned nobull brand, and Reebok nanos, and these are far superior to both in terms of comfort, flexibility, and durability. They are also relatively the same cost as the other brands, which further proves that bigger price tags dont always mean better quality.

Stable and cushioned. Very comfortable. These are exactly what I've been looking for to use in exercise classes. I need both the stability for lateral movements and the cushion for impact. However, I ordered my normal size and they are too long. I will try sizing down.

I wanted to keep these shoes, but they just were not supportive enough for me. I have plantar fasciitis and I need more support than these shoes offered. However, I do think they would be great for HIIT style classes as they have a snug fit around your foot.

Cushioned and comfortable in the sole but thin and uncomfortable on the top of the foot. The upper seemed nonexistent, allowing the plastic shoelace part to rub against my foot, even with thicker socks on. I didn't last more than 60 seconds with these shoes on. The chalk white colour really doesn't look good in person. If you don't mind the material rubbing against the top of the foot, you might like these. Size-wise, I went with 1/2 a size smaller because of others' recommendations and would suggest you order the same.

More support needed. Makes my knees and ankles hurt. The width is tight, but it makes my feet look wide.

Size completely off, it fits 1-2 sizes too small and is very tight at the ankle. Too bad as I really liked the design.
