These shoes are incredible! I have only used them a couple of times so far but they have made a huge difference with my lifting. For fit, these shoes do run a half size smaller than expected. I love the width. I am someone who always wears zero drop shoes with a natural foot shaped toe box. I do not necessarily have wide feet but after wearing natural foot shaped shoes I find the ball of my foot more easily spills over the sole of some "common" shoes and that does not happen in these. With that said I do not have a lot of extra room to slide either, which is important at the gym. These are my first pair of lifting shoes. I do have poorer ankle mobility and have to have a heel drop in my shoes for squats and similar exercises to perform them with a better range of motion. I am female and do find that these unisex shoes work just fine with proper sizing unlike other brands of lifting shoes I have tried on.

This shoe is a winner for people who need a wide toe box so they can splay their toes while lifting for greater stability and better lifts. Most lifting shoes are heavy and snug by design, which makes sense since they are meant to keep one stable and in place while lifting heavy weights. However, the problem with most lifting shoes options on the market is that they are too narrow in the toe box. The L1’s are snug but not in the toe box where there is more room than most alternatives. I highly recommend this shoe for anyone looking to take their lifting to another level.

I recently purchased the lifter after a friend highly suggested them and I can tell you, they are wonderful. I love the feel of the lifter and the wide toe box is amazing!

Been doing kettlebells training for almost a year and ignored coach recommendation to get the lifting shoes. Now that I finally got them I wish I listened and got them earlier. Such a difference in comfort, stability and confidence during workouts!

The shoes are sturdy, well balanced and good width in the toe box. But, the sizing is tough to figure out. Based on the size chart and recommendations, I should get the same size as my sneakers (all my shoes are size 10). Well size 10 in these are too small for me. Im not event sure if size 10. 5 or 11 are the best. I got these shoes during a promotion, so I cannot return them for an exchange.

Tools matter to help support your growth. This year I joined a Barbell Club that requires to have a certain kind of shoes to help me in my training. I didn't get it at first but now I do. This is my first pair of lifters. Never even heard of the company nor the shoe. Just googled lift shoes for wide feet. Saw these and bought them. . I am in love. For my first experience I am so happy for getting it right the first time.

I have been on my wait list for a few years and I am so glad to finally get them. I transfer to barefoot shoes over the last few years and my lifting shoes were the last to switch. The toebox is wide. Many barefoot shoes I need an extra wide but in these the normal with worked. They created a lot of lateral stability and I feel like im standing on bricks (in a good way). They are not strictly barefoot because they have a thick sole necessary for the lifted heel. However, I also got these for the heel lifts. This had the perfect amount of heel lift for me. Absolutely perfect. In normal shoes whenever I went all the way down in a squat I butt winked, lifted my heels, and leaned forward. With these shoes I don't have to do any of it! I can go down as low as physically possible with a practically straight up torso. Also, I got these on sale for like 50% off! These are best lifting shoes I've ever had! I'm thinking about buying a few pairs so I can have different colors!

These shoes have been a game changer, the first time wearing them you immediately know they with help improve your movements and fix underlying issues in your foot position giving you more freedom/ range in your dorsiflexion. If youve been on the fence about a pair make the investment. Youll thank yourself and so will your knees.

I knew these shoes were good, but I didnt know they were this good. The stability you get wearing these are top notch. The insoles are not as soft as you might think they would be, but even with that, my feet dont hurt after my training sessions. Definitely recommending these to anyone new or just beginning your lifting era. Even those who have been lifting for years, Ill still recommend these to you. Well worth the price hands down great job TYR!!!

Love these lifters! The wide toe box is perfect for being on point with lifts, they are lighter than most other brands, stable yet still comfortable. The material is flexible no break in needed!

First pair of lifting shoes. I wear a 10 Pegasus and these fit perfectly Size 10. They are not supposed to fit loose, thick socks probably don't work. How about some LSU colors? Thanks Squat U and TYR.

Ive e been working on hip and ankle mobility for a while but am still a little tosey, these help with that and just give me an overall good sense of stability on my heavy lifts. I have a wide forefoot, most regular shoes are too narrow for me, I went up a half size and these are very comfortable.
