WHEN I WAS RUNNING ON THE ROAD OR IN TREADMILL, THE FRONT PORTION OF MY SHOES GETS STRUCK/GRIPPED OFTEN AND I FELL ONCE , LUCKILY THERE WAS NO CAR IN FRONT OF ME. I AM AVID RUNNER ON THE ROAD, RAN SEVERAL MARATHONS, FOR THE FIRST TIME I TRIED THIS BRAND, THERE IS A FLAW IN THEIR DESIGN OF FOOT WARE, BROOKS RUNNING SHOES NEVER HAD THESE PROBLEMS FOR ME. MAY BE MY RUNNING STYLE DOES NOT SUITS THIS BRAND.

My shoes are so tight that I can't wear them. Missed deadline to send back so I'm stuck with a pair of shoes I can't wear. Me feet hurt in them and I wasted money

If I could give negative stars, I would.
I absolutely love HOKA. I am an avid runner. I buy 2-3 pairs a year.
I wanted to share my love of HOKA with a family member in another country. I paid extra for expedited delivery, but they arrived late. We couldn't bring them on our flight. So I had to ask for a refund.
However, HOKA refuses to refund my shipping costs, insisting it was within their allowable order fulfillment window. That is NOT what their website promised. It gave a date and I paid for that.
More OFF PUTTING. Having customer service staff continue with their cutesy phrases after me telling them about my experience and them refusing to make it right. Such a WEIRD DISCONNECT. Please stop with the act. It's disingenuous and off-putting.
To top it off, when I asked to have it elevated so I could talk to someone to give my feedback that your website shouldn't promise dates. No one ever did.
It was not a HOKA-licious experience! (Staying in form with the weirdness of your call center.)

I have worn the same size HOKA for the last five years, this pair had numerous issues. 1) they are too tight across the top no matter how I adjust the lacing. 2)there is an issue with the soles, when I walk they are forcing my ankle to roll inward. After 1 wearing I cannot even walk let alone run in these shoes.

I'm usually an 11 medium. I'm going to have to get a 11.5 in a wide to fit properly with these Hoka's.

I have wide feet and an autoimmune disease that causes inflammation, most often, in my feet and legs. I almost always opt for wide or X wide shoes for comfort but have worn many pairs of standard width shoes. My last pair of Hokas wore out (I wore them nearly every day for 2 years though!) and I got these in a wide. I knew as soon as they arrived that they weren't wide at all. I tried wearing them anyway and spent 2 days of work thinking I needed to just break them in. But they hurt SO bad that, by the end of that 2nd day, I was hobbling around. Can't return them cause I wore them so I ended up giving them to my partner. Im sure these are fine if you have narrow feet but if you have anything wider than standard, don't bother.

I am a woman with wide feet, bunions, etc. I've been wanting a pair of Hokas due to the cushiony footbed but I knew their women's shoes didn't come in wide widths so I ordered this pair in a men's 7.5 which is supposedly EU 40 2/3 in the widest possible width. I was so surprised at how small they were, barely long enough, tight around the instep, and very difficult to put on. Will return and, sadly, maybe it's time to give up on Hokas for my feet.

I am on my second pair of Hokas. I need a lot of support due to a collapsed arch. They are awesome. Love the colors & design. Had to invest in a new pair due to the mileage I had put on my first pair, although they still looked brand new. Will be running 5Ks in Hokas for the foreseeable future.

Super comfy right out of the box. Padded tongue is an improvement, which is the only thing I didn't care for on the Rincon 3. The toe box does seem a little smaller. Depending on how the Rincon 3 fit, you might consider going up a half size.

I've been a consistent size for a decade, but once I received these shoes I realized immediately that they were noticeably too small. Order 1/2 - full size up from your normal size.

I bought a pair of Riocon 3 that were dark/light blue and loved them. I have very flat feet and was looking for something that would work without having inserts. I found them! In fact, I liked them so much a purchased a second pair Riocon 4 (black/black) and have been wearing them for work. I totally recommend these shoes.

Overall, I’m okay with the snugger for than the Rincon 3s. The outer soles seem durable but are slippery compared to the R3s which had the grippy rubber cutouts along the forefoot and heel of the sole.

Outstanding walking shoe for old guys like me. The padded tongue is amazing and the injected EVA midsole combined with the EVA outsole is just perfect. These shoes are so comfortable that when I get home I don't want to take them off. Perfect amount of softness and response when walking especially for heel strikers. I've had these shoes for 2 months now walking twice a day and the EVA outsole shows little to no wear they're going to be very durable.

Bought these for my husband who wanted a snecker for the gym. First pair where a little short. Sent back for exchange half size larger , received quickly, with in 4 business days amazingly quick! Second pair perfect fit! Husband loves the lightweight feel and cushion! Husband usally wears a 9.5 in other brands, had to go upto 10 for perfect fit. FYI-we are hooked on Hoka!

Super lightweight, EVA Midsole & Outsole give just the right bounce back, very stable, and Mesh is very Cool & Comfortable. Great Walking Shoe couldn't be happier with the Feel and Fit. Thanks again to the entire HOKA TEAM.
