These are awesome running shoes. True to size and super light!

I've run around in these for a few months as a daily trainer and I'm overall pleased with them. They're super breathable, run true to size, and soft to run in on a daily basis. One thing of note is that these are ideal for shorter runs (4 miles max) and speed work. I would not recommend them for long runs (anything over 4 miles) as I have found my feet to get quite fatigued over that 4 mile benchmark and I need some extra support for those longer runs. I wear a size 8 in all shoes and the size 8 fit perfectly.

I have always been a Brooks running shoe fan. My purchases have mostly been the Brooks Glycerin. Decided to try the Hyperion 2 and I am excited to share, this shoe is amazing!!! Will order another pair soon.

I love the shoes. I bought them on line and the fit was great. The color was just what I wanted, black and simple. I use them for run/walking. Perfect width and good support.

I absolutely love these shoes. I have been buying Brooks for years because I do appreciate a firmer sole, but these are "fluffy", and I absolutely LOVE it!! Game changer! Running and working all day in these is a dream. I have a large, wide foot for a female. I wear a 12 in adrenalines and only needed an 11.5 in these. The width is perfect as well. Could not recommend these more, especially for those who work on their feet!

Not certain about these. Brooks recommended these to replace the Levitate, which I used successfully in several international marathons. The outsole or base upon which the heel sits in Hyperion 2 is designed very strangely - it's split. I don't understand why that was necessary because I think the design may cause overpronation. I swear when I first put them on and walked around my house, I thought I felt a deliberate roll inward that I've never had before. Wasn't sure what to make of it, so I decided to try them for a few runs. They're fine for running. I haven't worn them long enough or for enough different workouts to say whether they'll be ok or not. Therein lies a big problem with these reviews - they ask us to write them much too quickly when everything seems fine when you first use the item. I would like to have my run gait assessed in these shoes and compare them to others, but I don't have the time for that right now. So, buyer beware. Perhaps Brooks can explain why it split the outsole they way it did. What purpose does that serve? Why change something if it didn't need to be changed?

Frankly I am a little disappointed in this shoe. Its been a minute since Ive worn Brooks and after reading many reviews of the Hyperion I decided to give them a go. They are very stiff for my liking. Ive been wearing the NB rebels and was hoping for a similar feel but these are much less cushy and just dont feel great

They are very comfortable but I dont think I can handle the squeaking WITH EVERY STEP. Was hoping I could just ignore it but its pretty bad. This is so disappointing.

Im very happy with these running shoes. I was waiting until after I ran a half marathon before reviewing the shoes. I remember, reaching mile 9, & realizing I hadnt thought about my feet. The shoes were very comfortable. The toe area is roomy, & there was no rubbing against the heal. I also liked the shoe laces, they are grooved, which keeps them from becoming untied. Great shoes, Ill certainly buy these ones again.

I loved the Hyperion Max! It fit my foot perfectly and I purchased it in 3 colors because of how comfortable they were. I was excited to try the Hyperion 2 because of this but found this newer version has a wider toe box and personally it did not fit my foot very well so I had to return them. I was disappointed that the original Hyperion Max is no longer being produced. If you have a narrower foot, I would try a different style. I'm sure for an average or wider foot, it's still a terific shoe!

I own several pairs of Brooks, but the Hyperion 2 is by far my favorite. They're incredibly lightweight, making them perfect for both running and enduring 12-hour shifts on my feet. Despite their lightness, they provide just the right amount of support, keeping my legs and feet from feeling fatigued. I was so impressed with them that I ended up buying a second pair!

The Hyperion 2 was recommended as a replacement for the Levitate, but I didn't find that true. They are lightweight, but felt almost too insubstantial. Please bring back the Levitate!

Light, responsive shoe with decent stability. Good traction. I dislike the stiffer, more structured upper compared to the Hyperion Tempo. With a wider mid-foot and stiffer fabric, lockdown is not as good for my narrow, high-arched foot.

Great shoes that are light and quick! Added bonus, I love the fact that I was able to order the same color in a mens version for my husband. We like to match in organized runs (when we can). I have 2 pairs of these and had no issues wearing them right away for a half marathon but my husband did have a blister after and may need a break in period but we both love these shoes and is our new go to for our half marathon runs.

Super light shoes. I love the ridged laces because they dont come untied. I switched to these when the levitate were discontinued, and Im happy. The only issue is that due to the heel curvature, they dont fit into the shoe straps of a rowing machine.

This an excellent shoe I have been wearing the shoe just about every day. It is very lightweight and comfortable. I typically wear ghost and I wanted to try something new and I am not disappointed. I received the free shoe that was issued in early 2024 and loved it and wore them out until they cracked and I was trying to find a shoe that had a similar sole and comfort level and I believe this shoe is equally as comfortable. I am very pleased with this shoe.

Perfect for speed training. Ive used them for fartleks, hill sprints, and a 5k. Supportive and responsive to the run. I was afraid I will feel tired from them just from putting them on the first time. Gave them a chance and theyre a keeper.

I have been searching for the perfect light-weight shoe for about 10 years, to no avail. I love these so much that I ordered an extra pair. I only wish there was a weatherproof version so I could wear them during winter. I am a runner, so I will thank you every mile!

Been running in ghosts for over a decade and afraid of change. The Hyperion is much more comfortable on my long runs. I have done my 13+ mile runs multiple times a week in them and I will not be going
back to ghosts for that distance.

I have the Illusion/Coral/Black pair and they are so incredibly comfortable, lightweight and gorgeous. I really like the grippy, black laces. Excited to see and purchase more color options in the future. I wear a 9 to 9.5 depending on the style of shoes, but always get my running shoes in the larger option and find these true to size.

I had the Hyperion tempo before these and I think I got spoiled. These hurt my heel when I run and frequently become untied unless I double knot the laces, which I generally havent done in the past except for 6mi+ runs. Im pretty disappointed, but trying to give them a chance to break in and maybe theyll be better. I dont like them so far. Theyre the right width, but just a quarter size too long, so I occasionally drag my toe, making me not trust I wont trip.
