I bought this shoe because I googled best shoes for foot pain and this is one that seemed to be listed in a variety of reviews. I no longer go with Nike and the shoes only for looks. I work in IT and due to my Plantar Fasciitis and Gout I am able to wear comfortable shoes. Most days I could barely walk, drive my car or even put my shoe on. I realized my diet and shoe choices were a huge part causing the pain/flare ups. This shoe is very comfortable and not too hard to put on and has amazing support walking, standing up and I know where these shoes as my "house shoes". The price may be pricey but at least I felt like I got my monies worth finally. I have even worn these outside while removing snow off my car and walking through 3-4 inches of snow and my foot never got weight unlike other brands. This shoe also provides great grip on all surfaces which has prevented me from slipping and falling and gives me confidence when wearing in the shoe. I can feel the support in all areas in and around my foot and don't like they only concentrated in one area or that it feels like I am about to roll my ankle or its making walking awkward or difficult. The material so far is not coming apart like many other brands I have encountered and I like the colors you can pick from. I highly recommend trying this shoe out, I am glad I did and now have 2 pairs.

Great choice for my flat and wide feet. Very light and comfortable. Not a marathoner so more than adequate for my needs. Great for gym.

These shoes are absolutely excellent and now my go to shoe for long runs. Just the right amount of stability enhancement, and cushion. The cushioning has lots of bounce and doesnt feel slow and heavy the way other max cushioned shoes Ive tried. I still feel nimble enough to do tempo runs, but also enough impact protection to help reduce my knee pain after 10+ mile runs. I dont normally write reviews, but these shoes are genuinely that good.

This is not a review of the product but a review of the poor customer service i experienced. I was charged shipping fees and upon calling they told me it would be credited back. But nothing was done and no updates either.

I bought this shoe approximately 4 months ago and am already having issues with the sole. The shoe is comfy and provides good support. I only use the shoe for walking; however, glue they used holding the sole to the bottom of the shoe keeps coming up and lifting. Normally you experience this when your shoe is old or badly worn, but these shoes have already started having issues. One would expect by paying this much for a pair shoe that asics would have made a better quality shoe. Next time I will save my money and buy Brooks.

Excellent. It truly kept me balanced as both my feet have different needs. Its not bouncy to where you feel like youre cheating your run, and not heavy or in hard contact with the ground to hurt your joints. Its strikes a good balance to meet my needs and I can run a long time on these. It has a roomier toe box thats perfect.

I love ASICS. As far as i can remember i have always worn ASICS sneakers from the 14ns and before. They only get better and better. Ultra comfortable, very light weight and fashionable. It feels like walking on feathers! I would definitely recommend these sneakers. Very smooth walking/running.

Bought these for a Disneyland trip along with the gt1000 12 and a pair of competitors shoes for flat feet, and these wound up being my least preferred pair of shoes. My old pair of kayano 28 were the best followed by the gt 1000 and the competitors leaving these the which were the most expensive as fourth. I'd like if they returned the kayano line back to where it used to be. They are huge as well which I wasn't expecting

Customer service is nonexistent! Told package was in delivery for over 12 days until agent agreed package was lost. Ordered on 30 Dec with 5 business day delivery! Company made no attempt to rectify the situation except to refund money. Most retailers would have sent a new part ASAP to save customer of over 20 years. But not you. So, I canceled the order and posted on my Facebook, Strava, blog, et al, the chain of excuses on no delivery.

Bought 2 pairs of Kayano 31s a few months ago. The rubber on the sole has partially detached in a few points, near the heel, on both pairs. The shoes have only been used for walking, so the sole should not have started coming apart. Worst purchase of ASICS I have ever had.
