I don't know why there are so many that say these run small. I'm happy that I didn't order size up. Got my regular size 8 and they fit perfectly. Love them

Never in a million years would I have believed Id be saying I am done with Frye. This is tragic. Frye boots were the first expensive item I treated myself to after graduation in 1975. (and a Dooney & Bourke bag). I still have BOTH. My first job was in NYC and my Frye boots saved my life back then. I have always been and will be a Buy American gal. It was a different time, the 1960s and 70s. The Vietnam war was devastating and something on all of our minds daily. We were extremely patriotic contrary to what the retelling of history has changed. I bring these points up for a reason. Frye is no longer made in America, their quality absolutely awful, they do not have customer service, their pricing is beyond outrageous ($600. 00 for a pair of Engineer boots or Campus boots RIDICULOUS) there is zero reason to continue to buy anything from this company. It is heartbreaking because being able to afford a pair of Frye boots as a young girl was something many of us aspired to. . Saved for, worked hard for. That dream no longer exists I strongly do NOT recommend anyone buy from Frye. Not unless the company gets back to basics. They wont. It used to be a pair of Frye Boots were an investment that would last your entire lifetime. In fact my own granddaughter makes no bones about hovering around mine :). But no longer. They are now cheap, and I mean no different than Kmart or Walmart boots at $30. 00. Worse actually. . My last pair I just received are junk. $398. 00 I just paid but on sale today for $90. 00. The pair dont even match with one being about a size 8, the other maybe a size 9. 5. Who knows. Certainly not Frye. I officially stop buying Fryes in 2025, not for close to $800. 00 with them adding shipping and taxes. Shipping! On a box that barely weighs anything. It is a sad time The same goes for Dooney & Bourke. .

I WAS going to order the Bilky Short harness boot and the Sacha mid pull. My first pair of " real" boots were Fryes 46 yrs ago bc they were the BEST boot and reasonably. , but now after reading the reviews of NO customer service phone number ( strictly email ) if you had a problem doesn't sit well with me. That's POOR customer service and I will NOT order from a company that you can not call. Very DISAPPOINTED .

Love, love, love this boot but it runs SUPER SMALL! Wear an 8. 5 but this fit more like barely an 8. Trying to exchange for a larger size, fingers crossed. Waiting to hear back from Customer Service.

I have watched these boots for months and finally bought them. Super disappointed when they arrived. I could not get the left boot on. Literally my foot stopped at the opening of the footbed. The right foot I could get on but the boot felt like a size 7 and I was trying on an 8. It was beyond tight. Not the tight like boots feel when you are breaking in a boot. I have so many pairs of Frye boots and shoes and none of them have felt like this. The boot was also damaged as the inside of the back of the shaft looked like it was peeling and there was a black mark on the foot bed of the left boot. I was able to return them because they were obviously damaged. I REALLY want the boots but Im scared to order again for fear of them not fitting and me not being able to return them. I hope this is not an indication of how Fryes quality is going to be moving forward.

When I ordered on 12/28 apparently it was a final sale. The boots hit the back of my calf and are uncomfortable. There are also a few areas where the leather appears to be damaged where the upper attaches to the sole. I contacted customer service and was informed where it was a final sale the only recourse I had was to resell via the Frye Exchange Program where customers can sell pre-loved items for a credit. I never purchase Final Sale items online and annoyed that I made this error. I love Frye boots but next time I purchase a pair, it will be from a department store.

i was so excited to wear these, i thought they were super fun and unique, i also thought frye never disappoints quality has been top tier for ages until now, i loved the distressed and worn look these had online. what i received is so far from what i was expecting, these are so not it, when i opened them i seriously thought i received the wrong boots at first, i tried to wear them in hoping they would start to look more distressed but they just dont look anything like i wanted

These are really cute boots. They look great on and the fit is nice. They are a little wider than I prefer, but thats no fault to the boot, I just have really skinny legs. They are true to size.

I am very disappointed. These boots were my Christmas gift. I ordered my actual size and they fit too thigh. I tried to exchange them for a 1/2 size bigger but they cant exchange them due to final sale. Its frustrating because I really want to wear them. I even offered paying for the shipments but they didnt accept. I loved the style and I am just simply asking for a size exchange, not a refund.

They fit perfectly and can be worn anywhere. Very comfortable. They did look a little different in person than online as far as color and texture.

I ordered up a half size and they ended up being too big, disappointing that I cant exchange them for the correct size.

I just bought this boot received Friday for $313. Im really not happy! I have been buying boots from Frye for years. I cant believe I over paid over $100 now that they are on sale!

I returned the boots because it unraveled after one wear. Exchanged it for a replacement pair. They received the defected ones but after sending several follow up emails, theres still no response on when the replacement pair will be sent out. DO NOT buy direct from Frye, get them through the department store instead. But after such terrible service Im looking at competitors for future purchases. If none of my issues are not resolved Im prepared to report them.

Just received my order. The Sacha boot is beautiful, the fit is very comfortable. However the boot received is more of a chocolate brown in color and does not look like the image at all. Frye is this a mistake?? Why advertise a different color boot from what the customer actually receives??

Wore it once and the stitching on the boot unraveled at the sole. I emailed and called them to do an exchange. Havent heard back so far its been 3 days. Even sent them a photo and still no help. Terrible customer service. And they shutdown all their retail stores so you cant even find help there anymore. This company seems to be going downhill. Disappointing.

Online photos of the black tooled color look gorgeous- brown in color with black accents. The pair I received is completely black, which makes the tooled detailing much less visible. Ill be returning. Im so disappointed. For the price this sort of discrepancy between what is advertised and the actual product is unacceptable and makes me lose confidence in the brand.

They certainly used heighten effects to make this boot pop online because it was nothing what I expected. It was not at all detailed as pictured. The fit was tight and I immediately sent it back the very next day.

Different than I expected. Tight fit, not as comfortable as my other Frye boots.
