High quality shoes that are true to size. They are comfortable but stiff as they need to be broken in. I love these shoes.

Love these shoes - great style, leather and so comfortable!

Comfortable right out of the box. Softer leather than the regular Black mary janes. Sizing is probably the same. I got a US 8 and I am normally an 8.5, and it feels a half size big. I have to wear socks. If I had gotten a US 7, it would have been too small. I would've needed to use a shoe stretcher to get that half size.

This is an absolutely adoreable shoe!! I hate to send them back. The fit is very large and wide, my feet are swimming in them. Maybe OK with thick socks , but I purchased these to wear without socks. Also, the buckle is quite difficult to adjust when you have the shoe on. The post of the buckle moves 360 degrees instead of just forward and back, making it difficult to fasten.

The shoes are cute. They run big. I originally purchased the 5 and they were a little tight so I exchanged them for the 6 which are a little big. My normal size is a 6. I could have gone with either pair but didn't want to take the time to stretch them out as others had recommended. These will also not be an every day shoe but worn only on rare occasions. I am very disappointed in Zappos. They sent me a USED pair of shoes from Amazon. When I reached out to customer service they had a terrible attitude and I was told that was their normal business practice. I did not order shoes from an outlet store and I purchased new shoes at full price. That isn't what I received. Very disappointing to say the least. I HAD been a Zappos customer for over a decade...because of this experience, I am no longer going to be using Zappos. Selling used used as new is not acceptable!
