Ive alwats purchased keens fir my son because they are durable and they last. But this recent purchase weve had for less than a month and already the decals and stitching stitching the toes are coming off. Also, no where near as padded or water resistant as the last pair he had

After one week of my son wearing it to school, the front of the shoe began to separate from the sole, and areas delaminated. We have had great luck with several other Keen kid's shoes, so this was very disappointing.

Within a few weeks the bungee shoe tie has come apart and the material appears really worn. Doesnt hold up to normal wear.

I was nervous purchasing this Keen show only because it's the first KEEN kids shoe we've purchased without the heavy reinforced wide-box toes. I guess the hesitancy was justified. These are so poorly constructed and flimsy they began deteriorating a few weeks after very basic wear.

We bought these for my son expecting them to be as durable as the last pair of Keen shoes that he grew out of. We have had them for less than a month now (we still have the shoe box for them) and the mesh/printed material has torn away along with signs of the toe cap separating from the upper of the shoe.

I purchased these for camp for my daughter. Within 3 weeks the mesh fabric of the right shoe was separating from the toe.

We bought these on a Saturday and dropped our son off at camp on Sunday. We picked him up three days later and these were falling apart all along the toes! All the designs along the sides were peeling off. They looked like he had worn them for years!! I am very disappointed. I thought Keen produced quality outdoor gear. I see nothing but bad reviews on this shoe. Please do better!

The toe on both shoes has separated from the shoe body. Started during the second week of use. Design flaw? Cheap materials?

Comfortable shoe unfortunately the orange detailing is peeling off. For the price you pay, it is disappointing.

Purchased these for my son. He was so thrilled about the magenta color and wore them to church to show to his friends. By the end of the day some of the black decals on top were peeling off. Light wear, mostly indoors, his shoes typically get treated so well they get passed down to siblings.
Within a month of light wear the sole started coming off. These shoes were worn roughly twice a week. Never for sports, we didnt even get a chance to take them on a camping trip. There is no excuse for a pair of shoes to fall apart this quickly that cost as much as these do.
Keen did give me store credit but this does not include the shipping I paid. I decided against buying replacement shoes for him here and will look elsewhere.
Im not sure whats happened to Keen shoes the past 5-7 years. Quality is going downhill. Ive had to send back brand new shoes and file warranties because of stitching coming undone. My husband has done the same and paid a local shoe repairman to reglue the soles of his boots.
I want the old Keen quality back.

Sole/toe started coming unglued from the fabric upper in less than a week, not just a little but multiple, finger sized gaps. Otherwise the shoe was great and warranty replacement was good.

I ordered my son some keens because they are so durable and last forever. I got the Wanduro Speed Hiking Shoe and after one week the t are falling apart. I'm so upset and will be contacting Keen to see about a refund.

I purchased these for my two sons. I actually did two orders because the size I chose for one of them was a size too big but he wanted to keep them because he liked the design so much. One son had them on for about 10 days and I noticed it was coming apart where the rubber at the toe meets the fabric. It was easier to see because of the difference in orange and black. I then looked at my other sons all black shoes. Hed been wearing them about 5/6 days longer. They are coming apart as well on both shoes and not just at the toe. Weve bought the sandals and the Chandler style shoes and theyve always held up remarkably well compared to other brands. I have reached out to customer service seeing if I can return them given Ive spent close to $200 on three pairs of shoes and I am waiting to hear back.

Fell apart in one week of wearing the shoes at school. Sole has pulled away from the fabric at the toe and along the side. Really disappointed in this shoe especially because Keen's have been durable in the past. Definitely don't buy this shoe!
